So i guess they now have desserts from the ice cream/ nieveria shop called Gu-lala its in Longmont but tacos los Vaqueros serves fresas con crema chocoflan de 3 leches and cheese cake. OMG they are all delicious.You have to try them because they go so fast.
My husband just surprised me with Birria tacos and consume from the tacos los vaqueros food truck. They were delicious! We will definitely visit again. Happy to have found this little gem!

The birra/consome was so flipping fire. That's my favorite thing I ordered from there. I ordered a large horchata, And it was also delicious with extra ice.
