Been multiple times as A&W is one of my favorite fast food stops. However almost every time they either forget to give me something I ordered or give me the completely wrong thing (mashed potatoes instead of fries, wrong burger). This latest time we went at 830pm (1.5 hours before they close) and the sign in the drive-thru was unlit (they were still open and asked for my order) and they were completely out of every burger. Food is good customer service at this location is awful

Honestly it was so nice to finally find an A&W that was overall great!! First we were able to come inside and order and dine. The young man who assisted us was absolutely delightful. He was courteous and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing visit. He honestly gave the very best customer service that I have longed for. Food was cooked excellent and fast. The lobby was clean and well stocked. This will definitely be my primary A&W that I will be going to. I will happily drive 20 minutes to visit again.

The current Papa Burger Deal is unbelievable! And the French Fries are Awesome!We went through A & W Root Beer. Got the Papa Burger Special and it was Screaming!Parking: Lot of parking!

The classic A&W Root Beer was amazing, just like when a kid, however, one hotdog took nearly 10 minutes to serve and there was no beef nor beans in the chili?

I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. Food was fast and service members were kind and helpful. Really good fries, solid burger, and best root beer out there. It's combined with a KFC so there's no reason to go inside. (Sadly not many stand alone A&W's out there anymore. I think maybe two in CO.) I don't know why everyone's saying it's over priced, welcome to the world of inflation. I got a bacon cheeseburger meal and it was ten dollars; cheaper than the last time I went to McDonalds. My only real complaint would be that there were a ton of onions on my burger, but its kinda hard to complain about having TOO much of a topping; just take it off. Worth going but maybe stick to the drive-thru!

Pricey for not that good of food. Kfc mashed potatoes were great but burgers are salty and fries were over cooked. Good employees though.
I have never received a correct order at this location. Every so often my family wants KFC, and every time it's the same experience. It doesn't matter if it's ordered in person or online.

The food here is hit or miss. The best part are the biscuits. We have ordered chicken strips that were good. We ordered chicken strips that were dry, possibly from sitting too

Loved it. Hadn't visited an A&W in many years. The root beer float was fantastic and my friends had no complaints about the food. The service was quick and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's also handicap parking. So I'll just go ahead and give these guys my highest recommendation. Please like my review. Thanks
