Went here for food after not eating at this place for a few months. Came in was greeted. Had our order taken well and good. But once we got our food. We never got the pickles and onions with our sandwhich. And the fries were undercooked. As if they were left in for 30 seconds and called it good.Only good part was actually the brisket and pork. That was good. But not getting the pickles and onions with our sandwhich and undercooked fries was disappointing

I got the double meat plate with brisket. It was cold and had excessive amount of fat. The baked beans were like a Bean paste. The potato casserole seemed like it was old and kind of brown instead of like a potato white. I have never ever complained about the food at Dickey's. That changed today. Also, the place is greasy inside. The floors are slick with grease the floor mat as you come inside. The store is disgusting. Not to mention the door handles are greasy and covered in dirt. The windows look like they were wiped down with a greasy rag instead of a clean cloth. The employees could have made a little bit more effort in their appearance. I'll still eat at Dickey's but just not this location.

Fries are soggy drenched in grease and undercooked/hard, not crunchy or crisp like normal. Ordered the plate yet didn't receive a physical plate. You might as well bust out your cornerware when you get home. Baked beans have green peppers in them so watch out. BBQ sauce cups are super watered-down so don't bother using theirs, once again use your own sauce when you get home. The pulled pork was fantastic though!

2nd order, 2nd time being disappointed. Large family order, ordered 2 days in advance, not ready at pick up, incredibly rude employee, and ended up missing food also after we waited for dinner to be made. Reached out to company and store and never heard back. One guy was super sweet and you could tell felt bad for how his coworker treated us but also obvious that was not anything new

Although the food is not my favorite and the ice cream machine is sometimes broken I love this spot. This one employee named Landon gave me the best cut of meat and was very friendly. This place needs to get Landon a raise ASAP.

This Dickey's is amazing the food was great like always but the three gentleman working this evening are what really made it worth coming in. They were swamped with customers and short staffed but still managed to be friendly and as quick as possible. I overheard one of them say their supply truck hasn't come in. That's why they were out of a couple sides, but they still accommodated my order with a great substitute. These guys did an awesome job. I wish i could've given them a larger tip because they deserved it.
Usually understaffed, but the staff is friendly and honest. Food is what you expect. The meat does need the sauce, but at least you're at your preference for the amount and type of sauce. Large selection of specials to choose from that give you a good price every day of the week.Usually not busy at lunch, but it should be.

Ordered a three meat plate, jalapeño kielbasa, sliced brisket and pullled pork. Got sides of Mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. I tried the brisket and it was delicious! My husband had the rest but I did try the mashed potatoes also and really liked it. The Mac and cheese was just alright-wouldn’t get it again. Tasted like it came out of a bag or can. I’d say the brisket was the best part. Portions could be a bit larger for the price.

Stopped in for lunch. They were really friendly. The place needs a deep clean. Base of tables, windows, front door, trash receptacles all need to be scrubbed. The table tops are sticky, replace your disinfectant with something that doesn't leave a residue. Gentleman working was nice.It would be nice to have some seating in the back by the arcade if you don't want to sit out in the open.
