This Haagen Dazs is a long term 20 years in business. They had many customers come back daily for smoothies after work. Our sale were recorgnized Best ice cream sale from the Mall. This store had a few bad employees in the past with stolen record , evidence of theft and they turn to hate the owner after they got fired from the manager. Overall many customers are happy with services and quality of products.
I stopped by on a Tuesday, in the early evening. It wasn't crowded, Ana was super sweet and very helpful. She let me sample whatever, with no pressure to buy. I'm from Missouri, so the prices seemed a tad high, but perhaps it's standard pricing for mall fare here, seemed a lot cheaper than California prices. When I finally settled on my choice, she validated it, making it seem worth it. The ice cream was tasty, but the customer service was superb!

I. Love. Häagen-Dazs. After the remodel this place looks spectacular. It definitely brings a whole new life to this food court. The service is nothing but amazing. Even on the days where I’m not at my best, a peppermint bark milkshake always cheers me up and so does the workers. At this point I should wire my bank account straight to here!
