Ordered a wrap online. Something happened where the order was not delivered correctly and onions were put on. When I called to have a new one made they told me it was my fault and they would not make a new one . Without changing me. So if your happen to not catch the mistake online your s.o.l. they will not care they just want you money . Good on you. At least subway would have remade the meal without hassle.

We always order from this location always been on time.we always leave good tip for driver.never had no issue till tonight.I had order kids sandwiches plain only meat and bread.i called them to explain my order was wrong..also told them we can not all eat as a family cause our order was not right..They said ok give us back the wrong sandwiches and we will send new ones.That is ok we will send back the wrong sandwiches..Tried calling back to see ETA and now no one will answer. I get it that things happen and snow might delay time.But could at least answer calls..I never post reviews but our family eats on the table as a family for our dinner.we don't eat till every one has there meals.Here we are now 8 pm and still no one ever came back to bring the correct sandwiches or called us back.I will not order here again

Absolutely horrible service. I’ve ordered multiple times before and everytime it has taken 50+ minutes to get my order to me when i am a 6 minute drive away. I would call the store to try to talk to them and no answer. One time i called 12+ times and not one answer. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Order food from somewhere else and don’t waste your time.

Music was blaring! Level 10 loud. Trying to keep the crew awake on a slow night, no doubt, but this is not a nightclub or warehouse. The Manager on Duty knows better. If I were the Franchise owner, heads would be rolling.

Got a vegetarian sandwich. M wife started to eat it and they served us rancid cucumbers. I understand that can happen and called them to see if they could make it right for serving us bad food. The manager was put on the phone and he said "yeah, we know they are. There's nothing we can do about it." the fact that he knew they had bad cucumbers and still served them is crazy to me.If your customer had a bad experience and you served them bad food, there should be some way to make that right, and they didn't. Never going here again. They don't care about their customers.

Ordered, and it takes over 40 mins to get delivered. I will always leave a tip on my order, but it seems as though this location doesn't care. I work on Saturdays and only have 30 min. If I knew it would take this long, I'd rather drive or order delivery from somewhere else. I called to ask about the order. And they just say, sorry. I'm not sure if they're busy at that time, but the Freaky Fast is no longer there. Or at least send an update. Every other location that I've ordered from is fast and better quality.

Silly me. I paid $9 for a lettuce-wrapped, sad little turkey and cheese so-so "sandwich", handed to me by a pretty girl who OBVIOUSLY didnt want to be working at JimmyJohns.Remind me to not go back. I was in a hurry and made the mistake of thinking,"Oh, this will be fine."It just WASNT.For $9, i can make MY OWN fabulous, delicious sandwich with great ingredients from the grocstore.Nine dollars is A LOT to pay for a lousy experience.

Ugh I ordered online for delivery and it was an hour late and I ordered BBQ chips and got plain. If it's going to be an hour late at least make sure the order is right. I wish I could take back that tip. And so much for freaky fast. More like freaky slow and not correct.
