I don’t like to light businesses up, in fact I like to focus on the positive in every experience I have. That being said, this was the single worst dining experience of my life. The service was pretty good. The salsa was good the chips were good. I ordered the la distilleria burger. What I was brought was completely inedible. It had a rotting piece of lettuce and the small end of a gross tomato. It was a frozen patty, I requested medium and the thing was like a hockey puck. To say it was gross is an under statement. It was laughable. My husband ordered the el pastor taco, the carnitas taco and a shrimp taco. They were probably the size of a silver dollar.I’m sure their bread and butter is serving drinks so people who typically dine here are consuming alcohol. So they don’t really care what type of food they’re being served. The yuca fries were actually good.

In the restaurant there’s us and one other table. They took our order quickly but it took awhile for our food to come out once it did they didn’t bring salsa for tacos and no one came around for at least 10 mins the rice was salty and portioned small most everything is al carte. The salsa is sweet and not very tasty.Poor service Poor FoodThe remodel was the only improvement.

Tasty Mexican food and good drinks in Thornton. We had margaritas and fajitas and both were delicious. The service was also very good.
Not what I was expecting from a Mexican food restaurant decent food but their liquor menu was bigger than their food menu.

This is a fantastic new restaurant with new Mexican flavors. This was our first time here and everything was delicious and unique. The service was great and the restaurant has bright dia de los muertos decor. We had a variety of tapas and delish sopapillas. We'll definitely be back!

We have been to La Distileria a few times now and have enjoyed every time! The food is fantastic. We love the empanadas and the quesabirria. The enchiladas are also excellent. The house margaritas are really good. The bartenders are all wonderful! We highly recommend this place and are so happy they moved into the neighborhood!
Margaritas are best in the area. Not a lot of great Mexican cuisine in this part of Broomfield so this place definitely make sup for it.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of ramps.
