This review is really for the employee who helped me today with a large order for my work team. He was working on his own (the delivery driver was out making deliveries) and was swamped with our order and others. He apologized that they were running behind and then I watched him do everything he could to expedite any time that I was required to wait. Employees like this who are tasked with holding down a business, even for a period of time alone, should be recognized. He was polite, hard-working and it showed. Kudos to him as he worked to ensure quality customer service in a very busy order time for the business. I hope the owner of the business sees this review and ensures kudos for this employee working today 3/20/24 at lunchtime.

Ordered the new pizzoli it was just bread filled with cheese, and a pepperoni every once in awhile. No sauce came, we ordered 3 and none got the sauce. I would stick with the pizza.

This used to be an excellent shop. Sadly, it has fallen. Was unable to keep that grease sponge down, y'all. There's a reason people ask for over done, and it beyond preference. It's food safety.

Ordered online for delivery. App said 45 minutes for delivery. An hour later the tracker showed the order was still being prepped. So, I called to get a status update and it rang for 12 minutes before I hung up and drove over. It was still being prepped while I was there (90 minutes later). Was asked if I wanted to keep the tip on the order. No other offer to rectify the horrible customer service. No one answered the phone and the Manger just looked at the phone system and said oh sorry we didn't answer. Terrible customer service. Still paid full price despite it becoming a pickup order with no communication on their end.

We just ordered from Marcos in Broomfield. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and my wife ordered a pizza bowl. Mine did not have extra cheese and hers had virtually no cheese. As a matter of fact, when we opened the bowl. It looked like a couple millimeters tall. It was not worth what they charge for these. The delivery is still fast and it was fresh and hot, but they have gone downhill pretty fast over the last six months. I think I'll take my business to Blackjack Pizza. At least they don't try to screw you.I see other people have complained and Marcos has reached out to them. However, it doesn't look like they've learned from their mistakes. Maybe management is instructing their employees to rip off its paying customers.

Magnificent pizza had about half the toppings as in your website, your advertisement, shows. I would tell anybody to rethink that pizza because you're absolutely getting shorted on the toppings. I won't be back to buy another pizza from your store. I have pictures so you can compare if you'd like. I'm going to say the website picture of a little more than 1/2 of a pizza had more toppings than my whole pizza. So much for enjoying my father's day pizza.
