Went to the drive through and they gave me an incorrect order but, at least it was fresh and hot. Called and the manager offered to replace the order. I went back the next day. When I arrived the person taking the order seemed very put out that he had to grab a manager to take care of the replacement order. When I received the order it was cold, the bun was stale and overall just not a fresh meal. At least the Coke was good.

I drove to the store specifically for a fresh bag of ice. I asked the cashier specifically for a fresh bag of ice. They brought the bag to the checkout before I finished paying. I asked the cashier once more if it was a fresh bag of ice, and she reiterated that it was. The bag of ice was frozen solid. Upon driving home, I called the manager and let her know that they just earned a negative review. The manager did offer for me to come back, and they would exchange it for a bag of fresh ice, but I declined.

Just spent over 7 dollars upgrading 3 sausage egg and cheese muffins to add bacon on all of them. When my food is delivered 15 minutes later, I open my bag to find all my food is cold and not even warm and that they just gave bacon egg and cheese muffins. No sausage at all. They failed to read the order and give me my correct items. And I paid a lot extra.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst McDonald’s in the area! Every single time I come here they Forget an item that I have ordered and paid for. Especially with the happy meals who forgets to give the child the toy. Apparently they hate children! And I’m done coming to this particular McDonald’s and I advise everyone to check their bag to make sure all of their items are in there.

I always end up mixing my own McFlurry. I ordered a shamrock Oreo with extra Oreo. I got green syrup pooling on top of my McFlurry and very little Oreo . The bottom 60% was vanilla soft serve .

Empoyees are forced to ask if you will be using the mobile app. If they serve the other cars before you it's because there's two different people using the drive through comms, and the one you have is having an issue with the computer, the managers are incredibly rude and terrible. Often get the wrong order and the food falls on the ground and they don't care. The employees are treated very poorly by management and harassed. The manager Dora is especially cruel and difficult.

This store is a joke. The “manager” wears hoodies and stretch pants and no one speaks English. This used to be my go to location but not anymore. The only English speaking person that works there is a guy that does drive through in the mornings. Sad the owners let it get this bad. If you work in a service industry you should at least be able to effectively communicate with English speaking customers but that’s not how this place is ran. If you speak English don’t go to this one. Terrible terrible terrible. They def don’t value their customers and the “manager” is rude, disrespectful and abusive to customers and her employees.
