This Noodles location requires you to add a protein when you use the app, website or call in an order. They do carry tofu and Impossible chicken if you don't want meat, but I don't like the forced upsell. Good news is if you change pick up locations the protein requirement is removed.

Love this Noodles.. We drive a little further to order from this location as opposed to the one down the street. Maybe it’s made with love, maybe it’s made with young adults drinking redbulls. Whatever it is, it’s working. I want to thank this team for always making it extra delicious. 10/10 on the yummy scale.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for Joey I’d call corporate and complain. Howard was so rude and unprofessional but thankfully Joey came in and made it right. The whole point of me driving out there was that Katie mentioned she would give me vouchers that another location told me they would to make up for the horrific experience at the Westminster location but they never sent them and Howard argued with me that he can’t give me the vouchers. He even took my cell number bc I thought he was giving it to Katie to call me ( to FINALLY fix this) but instead he calls me while I’m standing in front of him at the counter. ?I could also see staff on the side goofing around on their phones vs cleaning the restaurant that needed it.This company has really gone downhill and I won’t be back. I gave them several chances to make it right but multiple locations continue to fail terribly. That’s OK though bc you can make better food yourself vs. paying for this. It’s not worth it.

Ordered a Caesar salad. Did not come with dressing. When I called to see what can be done they don't answer the phone. I've been a loyal Noodles customer for years, but won't be back to this location. I'm wondering if it's because I don't tip on take out orders. I'd certainly like to know if tipping is required for good service and if the employees get paid enough to perform their jobs without tips for people that aren't using the location to eat.

Every time I come to this Noodles and Company they get my order wrong. I have to wait 20 minutes to get my food every time I come here, and today the register refused to give me a water cup that I can put a lid on for my TO GO ORDER. When I asked the register nicely for a cup I could put a lid on, she denied it to me again. For a fast casual restaurant, it isn’t very fast…

I was getting a new tire at a nearby tire store and decided to have lunch at this Noodles. I place my order at 12:31 and sat down. After about 15 minutes the fellow who took my order came by my table and picked up my number. He said nothing about the fact that there was no trace of food at my table. At 12:54, noticing that the 2 girls near the register were just fooling around, I decided to walk up there to see where my order was. She realized that something had gone wrong and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. This was so odd to me. Why wouldn't she ask if they could rush it and get me some food? Then my phone rang from the tire shop saying my car was ready. I saw no point in waiting longer for my food since my car was ready, I'd just eat at home or get something elsewhere. What really bothered me was that the girl at the counter made an excuse. She asked me, "Did you see how busy it was? Both our screens were full of orders." I told her she was wrong. There were 2 people in front of me at the register. There were quite a few people already eating, So I told her that. She then said, "We were really swamped with Door Dash". While I was sitting there waiting, I saw exactly one person walk in to pick up a bag and leave. So I told her that too. Then she ran out of excuses. I told her it was her job to handle busy times and to not completely lose orders. I was sitting close to the entrance. I could see what was going on after I arrived and there was not a big rush. That had already happened before I got there. But no one noticed that I didn't have food. I have no idea what happened to my order. They just lost it and evidently are not aware of people sitting in their dining room waiting for food. I am giving them one star mostly because this girl did not take responsibility for their mistake and tried to make 2 different excuses. She gave me a coupon for a free bowl of something another time. She refunded my money for the meal but they still charged me for the $3.00 drink I ordered and the rice krispy treat. What awful service! I don't know who screwed it up but they weren't very remorseful either.

Food is usually decent, however I have yet to go and not have my order messed up in some way. Either I won't get what I did order but a completely different thing, I'll get someone else's order, or I just won't receive half of my order. Which sucks because they cost so much.To add on. The store is clean, most of the time, and I can appreciate that. But the staff? The staff is very hot or miss. The manager especially is a miss. I've gone to her with an order wherein which I did not receive part of it, and instead of being offered assistance and instead of being met with the expected customer service "let's fix this problem" I was accused of lying, was told that the order I was referencing didn't exist despite the fact that I had not only my receipt, but the order number, the time I submit my order, and exact dollar amount complete with address, there is, on my end, zero room for confusion. She hung up on me. I did end up going back to the store to correct it. I was missing $10~ worth of food. Luckily! The young girl working behind the counter was very helpful and I appreciate her immensely. She did help sort out my issue, she had no issues pulling up my order and it was fixed right then and there. So, again, staff is very hot or miss. Still, I do think I will be trying my luck with literally any other establishment aside from this one. Like, arguably, eating out of the trash would grant me better service and, if I'm being honest, better food. :/

Spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce consistency was a bit off from usual. The shop doesn't offer recycling for all the aluminum cans and glass bottles, which is noodles C levels not being good stewards of the planet.
