Every time I order out from this place they manage to screw it up. Wrong number of items, missing sauces etc. The food that does actually make it home though is usually good, though sometimes it's mediocre

Service was fantastic, pizza was a floppy mush in the middle. Had to eat it with fork and knife. Skip OC if you're looking for

We wanted to come for dinner and we couldn't. We entered the restaurant and no one greeted us, they did not assign us a table either, we sat ourselves near the bar and no one served us even though they saw us. After 15 min one of the serves approaches and asks us if we already know what we want to drink without having given us at least one menu, we kindly asked her to allow us one and she practically threw it on the table with a bad attitude. We decided to go to other restaurant.

This place CONTINUES to disappoint. The service here is atrocious, and they know it, and they DONT CARE. Sat in the bar, not busy, about 4 tables sat, Friday afternoon. One server wandering around, not a glance , not a word, not a care in the world. Same with the bartender. Finally after about 10 minutes she asked if anyone has come over. Answered no. She says ok someone will and leaves. Then goes to fraternize with 1 of the only 2 servers we see. Another 5-10 minutes go by and the server finally goes into the bar area and welcomes a table that had just walked in. Expected to come to take our order next - nope. Right to the computer to ring theirs, not a word , glance , acknowledgement or anything. This place continues to slide. Once upon a time was a favorite. This was the last chance we gave. Service been on the decline not for a couple years now. Maybe this is rock bottom for them? You figure it out. We won't be back to find out.

Food is properly done with appropriate flavors. Service seems to be better with good staffing once again. Ambiance is a bit loud but it fits.

I don't know how to rate this visit. I'll explain...It was my kid's birthday and he chose Old Chicago for his birthday meal. We picked up his great-grandfather and the 3 of us had an early dinner. It was about 4pm. The place was not busy. We left around 6pm and it never got busy. There's no special anything for birthdays. This OC's is huge. It's way bigger than any other location I've been to. The bar is massive and there's ample outdoor seating. There was one person with a dog on the patio during our visit. We sat inside with the 10 other patrons.A common issue post-covid is being short staffed. This location is no different. Don't expect great service or attentive staff. Plan accordingly. The real issue was the food. My little birthday boy got to order his own pizza. He was very creative! But that's what birthday boys get. My grandfather had a calzone which is classic and predictable. I had ordered a pub pizza but I had to switch to a personal or something because apparently the pub pizza is only on certain days at certain times. My pizza was not good. I don't remember what the waitress changed it to so I can't give you a heads up. The calzone was safe and is something you can order without worrying. But my birthday boy's pizza... I'm still cringing. He scooped his slices himself and ate his weird pizza himself so I didn't look at it until I went to box up the leftovers. There were long black hairs in the pizza. Some in the toppings and some in the crust.Since I had let him order whatever he wanted he ordered a large pizza. So there were a LOT of leftovers. And I was NOT taking home hairy pizza. Flagging down the waitress after you pay should be an Olympic sport. We finally got the manager. I told her I wanted her to make him a new Medium pizza so we'd be able to take the same amount of leftovers home. They did. They fixed it. No one apologized. I inspected that pizza with a flashlight and magnifier. So, you see why I'm unsure how to rate this experience. The service pre-covid would have been bad but it's what we expect now. The hairy pizza was bad but it was corrected? I'm settling in the middle to avoid being overly harsh. But for goodness sake kitchen staff, WEAR A HAIR NET!!!

Not fully cooked pizza. It just fell apart. You have one job and failed.. just to follow up on this review- management responded below saying they want to make it right and they take their reviews very seriously. I followed through with them via their website (like they asked) and there was absolutely no follow up. Really says a lot to how this place is ran. Don’t trust the current 3 1/2 star reviews…

Not fully cooked pizza - it just fell apart. Table next to us sent their pizza back. Management failed to follow through.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Old Chicago in Broomfield, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. My party and I arrived at the restaurant and stood at the door for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. There was no hostess in sight, and the lack of organization was evident right from the beginning. After finally being seated, we sat there for a painful 20 minutes without any water or service. It was as if we were invisible to the staff. Waiters and waitresses were just passing by our table without bothering to ask if we needed anything. The level of neglect was infuriating. The most absurd part of the whole ordeal was witnessing people who arrived after us getting served before us. It was like the staff had a special priority list and we were at the bottom. Not only did they receive their drinks promptly, but appetizers were served to them while we were left thirsty and hungry.Feeling utterly frustrated, my cousin took it upon herself to approach the manager to let them know about our situation. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, the manager actually pointed at a waiter and told us that she would help us out. We foolishly thought our misery was about to end, but that was far from the truth. The next 10 minutes felt like an eternity, and still, no assistance came. We were left to fend for ourselves while the staff continued to ignore us. It was a complete joke of a restaurant, and it felt like they couldn't care less about their customers.I must say that I've been to other Old Chicago locations before, and they were pretty decent, but this one in Broomfield is an embarrassment to the chain. The service was non-existent, and the overall experience was trashy and unprofessional.I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this particular Old Chicago location in Broomfield. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment, and find a better dining option elsewhere. This place does not deserve your hard-earned money or your precious time.

Wow, do not go here!! We were enjoying the sub par food and hanging out with evidently two of the owners. One decided to call the cops on us and my disabled fiance broke her ankle rushing out. Save yourself a lot of ridiculous legal foolery and just don't go here.

We got to the restaurant around 9:00 p.m. and were happy that the full menu was still available. Our server Melissa was awesome. Very pleasant to talk to and kept our drinks full. We hadn't been to OC in a couple of years and were disappointed to learn that the tavern style pizza had changed; it was much better with the sweet sauce. The garlic cheese bread has always been hit or miss, and tonight it was a miss. The jalapeno bites were as good as ever though. And you can never go wrong with chocolate cake for dessert.

It was pretty quiet when we went there. Food was good along with the service. Had issues with other Old Chicago restaurants but this one was good.
