I ordered the Heart-Shaped Pepperoni pizza right before Valentine's Day in addition to the Italian Salad. I CALLED to place my order and the employee who answered the phone was very friendly and even confirmed my order and how much time it was going to take. I picked up my order in the middle of the afternoon (around 1:30 p.m. on a Friday) and it was ready to go. I baked the pizza according to instructions and it came out perfect and tasted delicious! Just a quick note: Most of their baking instructions give you a window of time to bake at 425 degrees. Since most ovens vary, it might be helpful to choose a time in the middle of that window so you don't overbake it. Since the pizza had a hand-tossed crust, the baking instructions said to bake between 12-18 minutes. I set the timer for 14 minutes, took a peek at it and then added an additional 2 minutes (for a total of 16 minutes), so I did not over bake it. I hope this helps!

Do not order delivery. They will take your money and lie to you. The use DoorDash, but if there is an issue with your order, they will tell you that they cannot refund you, cause it went through DoorDash. This is a lie. As you ordered through Murphy's, they have the record of payment. They just don't want to bother putting in the effort to sort it out.Extremely unhelpful, unreliable and underhanded.

I ordered a pizza and cinnamon bread online for quick pickup. And when I get there they're out of the Thai sauce and out of the cinnamon bread. Plus the employee working there didn't know how to issue a refund and I couldn't wait around to find out as I had two babies in the car. This is the second time they've been out of some type of product. I'd like the owner to contact me regarding a refund. Thanks.

Extremely Slow! The pizza is good, but this place has the nerve to ask you if you would like to tip when they have no ability to have your order ready in a timely manner. I got my order confirmation at 6:18 and was informed my pizza would be ready by 6:51. They didn’t have it ready until almost a half hour later. Thank God you guys don’t hafta cook the pies or you’d go out of business. Where’s the GM in all this!?

Great pizza. But every time I order online, drive to pick up the pizza, and take it home to cook it myself, I AM ASKED TO TIP. Like please raise your prices if you can’t pay your employees but asking for a tip every time is just disrespect and Gen Z will not be guilt tripped to tip for what should be better pay.I will no longer be using Papa Murphy’s until this is resolved and know many of my generation are in the same boat.

I really wanted to get a pizza, but after I tried for half an hour and kept being sent back to the same map of the country between parts of my order I cried and gave up. I realize that at 73 I am not in your preferred demographic, but I hate being left out just because I am not able to understand your website. Your add in the paper says Online only. Isn't that discrimination against the non techno-savy? It seems only Amazon makes it easy to purchase things. I wish restaurants and food stores did.
Walked in here at 6:20 and they wouldn't take my order because "We're kind of closed". They close at 7. Thanks for the wasted trip.

Online only coupon valid Dec. 28th-Jan 2nd but when I enter the coupon code it says "NOT VALID". It's Jan. 2nd now. I stopped eating Papa Murphy's 5 years ago because the service was so poor; guess I'll continue NOT eating their pizza.

Last Tuesday I visited this store and ordered gluten-free medium garlic chicken. I've been going to Papa Murphy's for years and I know it's not included in the $10 Tuesday deal, but I've never paid more than $12. This day I go in and order as I always do and the charge was $21, are you kidding me for a medium pizza? If this is the case I will not shop at Papa Murphy's again.
