I was surprised at how bad the customer service was here. I walked in and asked if they had any specials or deals going on. The two girls looked at me as though I had two heads! After finally figuring out they did in fact have a special going for their New York style pizzas. I had to ask how much they were. After figuring that out, I had to ask how big they were. All in all, the pizzas were of the expected quality but the customer service made it so difficult, I won’t be back to this location.

No adult supervision at this location. Four teenagers, all sucking lollipops, made my order incorrectly, which I discovered when I got home. Before they wrapped the pizza, one spit in a trash can next to the toppings. Disgusting! I would have complained then, but no adult was onsite. This was a good location when it first opened. The owner needs to secret-shop his business. BTW - heavy marijuana users suck on lollipops. Owner should drug test too.

It would be entirely possible for you to get a loan to purchase your own Papa Murphy's franchise in the same amount of time for a pizza to be made here that is a 7/10 at best.

Papa Murphy's is a perfect way to end the week. Pizza is always spot on and the customer service on 136th Ave is great!

Papa Murphy's recently updated their website and it does not work. For the last month, I have had to call in to order and 2 our of 3 times my order has been massively screwed up. Complaints in person and on their web page have done no good.
