Went to this location last night after ordering online. Waited 20 mins before arriving there and another 30 minutes after I arrived. For a pre order! It took them ten minutes to acknowledge my presence at the front counter. A long stream of cars in the drive through indicated that they were quite busy, but I saw almost every drive through customer come inside because their order was wrong. They almost made a mistake with my sides, but I caught it before leaving. What I did not know is that my garlic permesean wings were actually ghost pepper underneath the sauce. Its as if they ran out of traditional wings and thought "oh they wont notice". In addition to all of these issues with service, I have been in EXTREME gastrointestinal distress since eating. Do not go here!

After waiting in a very long line, I got to the window and I was instructed to pull around and they would bring my food out to me once it was finished. I was given a very specific wait time of 7 minutes. I proceeded to wait in my car for 15 minutes and had to go inside to grab the food myself. It was all ready and bagged, not sure if they didn’t feel like bringing it out and hoping I would just drive away or actually forgot about it. Either way there needs to be a better system for these situations. Also if they were proactive, the line was long enough for my sandwich to be ready by the time I reached the window from the time I ordered. Spent 40 minutes at Popeyes trying to get food, will not be back.

Came here as an Uber eats driver. Service is slow. Took them about 10 minutes to come ask me how they can help me, the ordered wasn't even being made and they had to make it from scratch. The manager was on her cellphone the whole time, she was wearing gloves and touching her cellphone and the food with them. The poor guy behind me had to have been waiting at least 25-30 minutes before someone even acknowledged him. They would walk right past him and not even a "sorry" or "we will be right with you". when they finally talked to him his order wasn't even made either

Today I went to pick up an order and there was only one person serving the order. I saw that he asked for help and I didn't give it to him. I work in food chains and it is normal to ask other colleagues for help to help. This is customer service. If I could, I would rate only the person. who is showing his face on the line

Horrible drive thru experience where we couldn't confirm an order, the girl would not read our extra sandwich as if we didn't have it, then added another. The only solution would have been double charging the order and waiting for a refund on the first payment, instead we told them to give us the extra sandwich and they told us we had a bad attitude. She said we "confused her manager" when I asked do we have 3 sandwiches, 2 as combos. Not impressed, just slow down and stop messing up what's directly in front of you. It was already on the screen before, all of this happened at the window.

we went through the drive through to pick up an order that i had placed through the app. we sat there for four or five minutes before the drive through guy literally told us to drive out of the drive through and go inside the building to get our order. then, we waited in a long line while the workers behind the counter worked sooo slowly. they made at least ten more orders before we went up and asked about the status of ours. the guy said he was making it and proceeded to make three more before giving us ours. when we finally received the order, the guy told us he was out of all of the drinks we ordered and we didn't get the drinks with our meal. along with that, we had ordered extra sauce and didn't get those either.
