As much as I try to support the small business owner, especially in my neighborhood, there is a reason I end up going to a chain coffee shop. The food here is inconsistent and mediocre at best. If you're vegan or vegetarian prepare to pay full price for a bagel without the spread and get a visible eye roll from the staff for even suggesting a small accommodation in pricing. Do better with your customer service (insert eye roll emoji). Joey is the most pleasant staff member I've interacted with the multiple times I've been here. The next time I don't see Joey at the register I will keep walking and go to Starbucks. #belikeJoey

Very welcoming and warming environment. This place serves some of the best homemade ice cream. They have a huge variety of ice cream flavors that change over time. My cashier/server Joey appeared very enthusiastic, and maintained a very positive attitude and posture while working with a line of customers. Overall a great place to visit, definitely worth it. I'll be back myself to try some of their coffee eventually.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility into the Cafe, no hard bumps or anything to make wheelchair access difficult. Located next to the building is a big sidewalk, with plenty of open space around.

This place is amazing! The food and drink are amazing, the staff are really friendly and even remember your name, they play great music, and the facilities are always clean and it’s a great place to get a quick drink or spend a couple hours studying. The coffee is phenomenal and so is the ice cream.

Googled "coffee near me" bc I absolutely did not want a certain brand ?. Found Arista and headed over. Only had a most amazing mocha, but their menu is pretty diverse and interesting. Joey was working and he was super cool to chat with.

Going downhill. They never receive online orders so don't even bother. I get text messages about the order and they don't even have it when I arrive. I used to go here more often since I worked nearby. Never again.

As far as I’m concerned, any food business that has cheap AF cups with lids that are not functional and a drink carrier that doesn’t actually hold a drink sufficiently, the food is also junk and microwaved. Arista deli is cheap and disgusting

Worst Breakfast Burrito I have had in a while. Mushy tots, burnt and quite old bacon. Over all very disappointed. Staff didn’t seem too happy to have customers.
Had the Philly Panini and it was outstanding. Highly recommend this establishment for your dining pleasure.

Food and staff were both wonderful. But I've seen and heard what they pay their employees. I can't support businesses that lowball their own like that!

Really great little coffee shop and deli. I love that they don't upcharge for gluten free items. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the seating is not comfortable at all, other than that, 5 stars all the way.Dietary restrictions: They don't upcharge for gluten free!

Come for the coffee, stay for the food. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, too! I'll have to return with my laptop...
