I am a huge fan of pupusas and when I spotted this food truck I knew I need to stop and try it! The owners are super friendly and gave me a sample of their Horchata (very different from the Mexican kind). He also showed me the "flower" used for the flower pupusa. It's ideally a vegetable with a strong taste. I ended up ordering the Revuelta (pork, beans, cheese), the Bean Cheese, and the Flower one. My fave was the Revuelta! Chef's kiss! I'll be back again! They were located at the O Reilly's Auto parking lot.

Maybe the best pupusas I’ve ever eaten, and the horchata salvadoreña is super good too - I found it really refreshing. It was a bit of a wait, but 10000% worth it. Mouthwatering. I already want to go back.
