Had a build-your-own pizza, an italian stallion pizza, and two tap beers. The pizza was pretty decent, but the drinks felt overpriced. You effectively get ~1 pint for $10

Seven stats for customer service and desire to please customers Ordered a pizza which was not properly made as several items were left out The next day i decided to eat my pizza I noticed the items missing I called the restaurant and Heyley the manager responded immediately apologizing as the night before they had lots of issues because of new staff I was offered a new pizza and more apologies which made me forget the issue Went in and got my replacement pizza which was spectacular Fresh ingredients properly sized and I enjoyed a superb pie Highly recommend this restaurant as their food is better than what we commonly get served As to customer service they deserve a 7 out if 5 stars Customer service is an art most restaurants do not practice What a huge difference here with a kind, diligent, sweet and varying manager Huge kudos to ownership

The food and service were disappointing. My husband waited an hour for a sandwich and salad that were cold and unappetizing. The beer tap was broken and the atmosphere left plenty to the imagination. We just moved in around the corner and feel extremely let down by the closest dining location to us. This location needs management’s attention immediately.

I generally don't go to dine in pizza chains, but a friend recommended this place to me. The food is good, not great. By chain standards it's very good, however compared to a stand alone place who really knows what they are doing Smokin Oak is Average. They do serve beer and wine and have both gluten free and cauliflower crusts available. There is a part of me that wants to belive this place wants to become the Chipotle of pizza, good ingredients, healthy options, quick service, but nothing thats going to blow you away on the menu The staff was very friendly and helpful but had several issues with the point of sale system while I was there. All and all a good experience, if you are close by and want to grab a quick bite its not a bad option, but as a destination that you'd have to go out of your way for, I'd give it a pass.Vegetarian options: Plenty of dinner sized salads, apps flatbread, and obviously pizza that can be customized with veggie optionsDietary restrictions: Have both gluten free flour and gluten free cauliflower pizza crusts availableParking: Free parking lot in frontKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. It's got a family oriented vibe.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor with a ramp, so easily accessible
