Well, I guess I spoke too soon! Everyday for the past 3 weeks I have ordered the same drink, a large double chocolate chip frappuccino and it ALWAYS has both the chocolate drizzle & the cookie crumble on it. Until today when a lady named Victoria was taking orders at the window. She not only changed me extra for the cookie crumbles, she argued with me about it! We're at this location several times a week and have never been left wondering what was going on. The staff are always smiling and talking to me and you can see that they enjoy their job as they are joking with each other and generally in a great space, that is what makes the coffee taste even better.

George in the mornings is an absolute delight!!!! He really makes my morning coffee runs the best. I love that southern charm he has it’s very respectful and love the extended conversations he has that are a little more personal to really engage with the customers!!Make my quick 5min coffee trip feel like home
