I have eaten here several times. I have no problem with the quality of food or the service. But don't expect to get what you ordered. They screw up the order every time. Missing items, wrong items, and you usually don't get what you pay for. Not sure why it is so hard to put in the bag what is on the receipt. No other fast food locations seem to have.

Haven't had any problems or issues in the past at this location. Last week I decided to order online with the option Taco Bell gas on their website, it was my 1st and last time I'll use it. I selected to pick up my order at a specific time vs asap, after completing and paying the website changed my order to reflect as asap pickup. My order was a few tacos, a crunch wrap, a grilled burrito supreme and cinnamon twists. When I got to the restaurant my food was sitting waiting for me, my receipt taped to the bag. There wasn't one thing in my order that was correct. I received chips and nacho cheese a gordita, the funny thing is the receipt that was taped to the bag had my correct order on it.

This place is at best a drive through. The window/counter represenative of this location (Jose) with long hair at the window, ignores every walk in customer unless you are picking up for a delivery place. I understand being under staffed, but the customer service here is to be desired. While waiting in line the other person with me went to the bathroom came back and it wasn't for 3 more minutes before I was even acknowledged. I'm happy to wait when you acknowledged that I'm here instead of making eye contact then talking with everyone else. Part of my order was missing and while I could've requested that it be filled other than saying "I'd like the rest of my order" and "thank you" when it was handed to me. I had already been waiting to get my order then was ignored again until about 6 others were behind me. Oh and after waiting for someone to take the order we were told to use the kiosk. So when I was told to ask for my missing part of my order in a specific way for it (was given a specific sentence) I was fed up with this terrible experience. - Saying thank you for finally being able to leave with the rest of the order was basic curtousey to this person who had none. He needs more than 2 others with him to be successful. This location needs more workers, with basics in customer service. I hope not going back to this location which is 2 minutes from where I'm at every other weekend helps this location. Driving across town is worth just being acknowledged as a customer.
