Normally, I'm someone who says, why leave a 1 star review at a fast food restaurant, you know what you're getting. Yet, here we are. Avoid this place if at all possible. Where to begin? Missed items on order, check. Poor quality of food, check. Slow service, check. I get it, it's Taco Bell. The difference is now I'm paying $5 for a beef burrito that has no beef. How does a $6 crunch wrap have no crunch? It's just a tortilla and lettuce. If you're going to increase prices, at least justify the cost with the same or better quality. This is worse than prison food.

When ordering from this establishment, I went to grab an order for my kids and had the following issues:I waited over half an hour through the drive through.The staff couldn't figure out how to log my order.Nearly every taco I asked for certain things to be removed, none were customized the way I asked.I was missing burritos and cinnamon twists.I was also given parts of the wrong order, which I can only amount to the lack of understanding of the register.Needless to say I will not be ordering from this establishment again. The food was ill prepared, the service was horrible as the staff were untrained, and the wait times and quality were horrendous, do better.

I got food poisoning here and will now never get taco bell again.I had been to this location a few times and each time it would take a long time to get my order despite it not being busy. It also always smelled a bit odd inside.If you are a taco bell fan, go for it! But know that you may get food poisoning.

I love Taco Bell, but the drive thru is never shorter than 15 minutes even without others in line. They also constantly get our order wrong. Last time it had sour cream, this time it had refried beans instead of black beans.

It’s sad to see how many people take the time out of their day to write such mean reviews for this location. I live nearby and have gone to this Taco Bell more times than I can count. The workers are always friendly and my order has never been wrong. Yes, the wait can be a little long in the drive thru sometimes but cut them some slack, people! They are likely understaffed and working a customer service food job is not easy. They are humans trying their best day to day; they are not robots. Mistakes can happen and if you think it’s ok to go online and get on your high horse writing such nasty reviews…I feel sorry for you. Get a life and move on.If you work there and see this review; you’re doing great and remember to be kind to yourself. People are miserable and like to spread their misery!

I ordered a cheesy roll up and after the tenth time and thirty minutes of asking about it and after my friend who had gotten a big order and ordered ten minutes after mine still got his first when all I had was a cheesy roll up, after the tenth time, they finally went into the kitchen and asked to make it, looks like it wasn't even going to be made unless I complained, worst establishment I've been to In a long time and worst taco bell anyone can go to

They skimp on fillings like I’ve never seen before. My bean burrito had about a tablespoon of beans, soft taco had a teaspoon of beef and a pinch of lettuce and cheese. This happens every time I’ve been here.

So SLOW! I have been to this location a few times now since it is near where I pick up my groceries and they are so incredibly slow. Even at off-peak times it's often 10 to 15 minutes from when I order to when I actually get my food. Not sure why this location doesn't function well but don't go if you are actually in a hurry. Awful.
