Well I downloaded the Taco Bell app. Boy what a mistake! Used the app to order breakfast on December 22, 2023, paid for the food, but the worker would not answer the drive through speaker. Drove around to the pick up window. She would not come to the window. Went to the door, it was locked. Could see the worker inside, went back to drive up window. Was told to leave. No food!!! But Taco Bell has kept the money and are not returning my emails. Talked with Broomfield police and was told not the first complaint they have heard. Be warned!!!

Easily the best tacos I’ve had in a loooooong while. They even answered the phone to tell us where they were today! Delicious. Find them & enjoy - I promise it’s worth it!! Also, incredible service, as well. Very impressed!Kid-friendliness: All the delicious salsa options are on the side, so it’s great for little kids that can’t handle the spice.

absolutely awful. they messed up on everything we payed for a 12 count Cinnabons and only got 2. All the other food had stuff in it we didn't ask for. And we always have food missing. The service is awful.

Absolutely disgusting I don't know how they got a bean cheese and rice burrito to taste exactly like throw up. I was so shocked when I tasted it cause thats my usual order I Immediately spit it out and made my boyfriend take a bite without telling him what I thought it tasted like and he said it tasted exactly like throw up I'm so grossed out throw up is my worst fear.

Truly horrid service. Someone called out saying they had to wait 25 minutes for their order. The staff seems very aloof.Big ticket item is I had asked for a refund and they said they cannot give refunds. So not only did they get 13 dollars from me, but now I go without lunch as well.Terrible, terrible customer service
