First timer. Been wanting a teriyaki chicken bowl for eva. I have to say that it was all around pleasant. Starting with Ryle, tonight’s smiling face of Teriyaki Madness! Relaxed, informative and all around lovely. Never changing his pleasant demeanor as he attended the masses. By the way, your hair looks great?. The food was also excellent. No mushy rice as I have experienced in more high dollar restaurants. Fresh vegetables, good on the sauce. Can’t complain. I will most definitely be back as I felt that i should have ordered more things like the edamame and Rangoon. There will be another day?. Thank you to everyone there tonight.

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time; and, yet, I still can’t rate the food because I stood at the counter, with zero acknowledgement or greeting, for 4 minutes before walking out. No customers at the tables, at least four people working (that I could see), and I was left standing…oh well. Good luck.PostScript: The “owner” mocked my review of lousy customer service and facetiously called me ‘Sir.’ That’s funny…I waited to spend money and was never acknowledged…and I insulted you? Okay, clown, I was merely being suggestive of an environment that might want to improve consumer experience. I wished you Good luck, as an expression of courtesy. However, now I hope that the health department finds you.

We were looking for a healthful lunch. Japanese food usually fits that bill. We decided to give this a try. It was VERY tasty! The veggies were very fresh, and cooked perfectly, the sauce was great. I'm going back for lunch later this week, and plan on making it a regular stop.

I went there tonight and have never been more disappointed. My order was completely messed up, one of my orders ended up being a bowl of rice, none of the chicken or veggies I ordered was put in. I’ve never had this problem at another
