Absolutely Outstanding! Food and service were phenomenal! Margaret was our server and made my wife and I feel like family. The portions here are huge - food is delicious (Kitchen Staff were awesome)- and the food was delivered incredibly fast! Try the Meatballs as an appetizer - Chicken Parmesan was magical as was the huge Caesar Salad. Thanks Margaret - you are amazing!!

It looks like this chain has seen better days. For 3 ppl with no drinks, the bill was $225 and the food was awful. The Bruschetta was disgusting. Instead of sliced tomatoes and mozzarella, they were diced and served out of a can, you can taste the metal in the tomatoes and the mozzarella (not sure if it was mozzarella) was hard and soaked. It was served in a big plastic martini glass. Maybe they are hoping big cheap plastic is better than good food. Fried Calamari was hard and over cooked. The bread crumbs were soft and mushy. Obviously cooked at low heat for too long. The shrimp in Shrimp Fra Diavolo were tiny, rock hard and over cooked. The pasta was undercooked. The Chicken Parmigiana was tough and over cooked. The only saving grace was the cannolis Value for the money, very, very low. Buca di Beppo should have paid US for eating that.

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences in my life. My wife and I decided to eat out for Thanksgiving this year since our kids are grown and it would just be the two of us. We made a reservation at your restaurant for 2:15 and were seated at about 2:25. From there we ordered the Thanksgiving special. We were told that you were out of ceasar salad after we ordered it which surprised us as it was so early in the day. We received our tossed salad and our drinks fairly quickly (15-20 min). From there, nothing happened for another 90 min. Our waiter never stopped by and asked if we wanted more drinks or to tell us any status of our food. After 2 hours at your restaurant, we called the waiter over and asked what was going on. He asked if we wanted to talk with the manager. The manager visited us and told us: he was short a cook, they were busier than they anticipated, and they couldn't control the online reservation system. He asked us if we wanted a discount on the food to which I replied "what food". It's hard for me to believe that a restaurant would have a "special" on their menu that they can't serve in under 2 hours. With this type of service and in these tough economic times, I don't expect your restaurant to open if this is your definition of good service. Your restaurant/staff ruined or Thanksgiving and left us with a terrible memory.

I had some guy named Kenneth and he barely served me. I won't ever come back after that. He never really came to serve me and he seemed like he didn't care if I was there or not. My wife and u have come there many times but thst was terrible.

I was a s***** for their $20 OFF coupon when you buy $40. I tried to place a To Go online order but it wouldn't accept the coupon. After speaking with the manager twice he said I could just come in. The hostess and manager were both so nice but I did not think the food was very good. I had these and the stuffed ckn was alright, Chicken Limone was not worth it--just 3 small thin pieces of ckn no pasta no nothing with either meal. Pretty disappointed with the quality and taste of the wings here. For a place called Wing Squad ya think there would be a higher standard. Not even kidding the Mac n Cheese was better than the wings. Buffalo flavor does not taste like Buffalo. I’m literally from there. Overcooked, not crispy. Just dissatisfied face all over writing this review. Positive note- ToGo boxes were nice!

Hubby and I had a delicious Thanksgiving Dinner using curbside pickup. When we pulled up they took our name and got our two person feast. Moist delicious turkey, fresh green beans, stuffing with Italian sausage, homemade mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls and pumpkin pie. All were excellently packed in a box and bag. We both had a generous portion and there is more than enough leftover for at least three more dinners. This was so easy and delicious.

We drove down from Greeley and were looking forward to some good food and atmosphere that we have been used to. When we arrived there were 2 cars in the parking lot and as we walked through the door you could hear a pin drop. We were asked if we had reservations ( keep in ind this was about 4 PM and the restaurant was empty). We said no and the person said okay, lets see what we can do. Once they consulted with someone it was decided that they could seat us. We were walked to the middle of the place and only saw one other table with people at it. The service was slow. Midway through our meal they seated a party of 9 or so across the room from us. All one family. There were like 5 young kids and then 4 adults. The manager made a huge fuss (kind of obnoxious the way she handled it) that they could not all be seated together or she would lose their license and put the adults at one table then they kids at another separated by 6 ft. The manger then came by with a cup with ice in it and a lid so that the youngest could use it to keep him busy. Thanks... This was horribly loud and obnoxious while we ate. The place was empty. The food was good. The menu that we were shown did not have the accurate prices reflected so that was a bit frustrating as well. We will not be returning.

Family style serving in a funky, Italian-American atmosphere. A bit garlicky for my taste, but a nice variety on the menu. Great for large groups.

Service was not what expected (granted it was new year's eve and the place was busy) We ordered a bottle of wine, they were out of that particular one, it was substituted with another (twice the price, didn't realize it until it was time to pay).
