Great brewery. Juicy Haze is a dellliiicuous beer and they have some of the best ribs I’ve had in Colorado (we’re on a bbq tour and have been to 15 places throughout the state so far) the half rack of smoked (fall off the bone) ribs, bbq on sd, and mac and cheese was all fantastic. Bf got the smoke plate and he agreed with ribs, and said the buffalo sausage was excellent. Stop here for the beer and for sure the food, esp the bbq! * edit!!! We (7 ppl) went here for quick dinner after the hot spring. But the food went beyond the expectations, so good! We ordered sausage, salad with chicken wings, mussels, pork and they were all very good, the texture and seasoning are amazing. We all felt it should be 5-star
