I am a regular at this Chilis in Canon City and I come here 3 or more times a week. I like to sit and draw while I eat because I am an artist and like to let the public see my drawing process. The staff here have not only been extremely friendly and accommodating to me, but I consistently see them treating their customers with kindness and respect. Too many people are sleeping on these southwestern eggrolls! Service was consistently quick but never bothersome. I sat at the bar alone and never got bored! Great bartender, great service. (ELLEN makes a great old fashioned!)There's a novelty at this facility that makes for a wonderful Wednesday night.
