We drove to the DQ in Canyon City because I received a promotional email stating that today was free ice cream cone day. The promotion stated that restaurants within malls were not included. We were very disappointed when we were informed that they did not participate in this even though they are not in a mal Definitely false advertising in my opinion! The employee made no offer for any other kind of discount or apologize for our wasted time and gas. Very poor customer service!

Food was good and fresh, icecream was delicious. Sad to see locks on the freezers due to theft at this location. Our server was obviously at the end of his shift based on his lack of energy. Restaurant was clean and quiet. It was your expected Dairy Queen goodness.

First time at a Dairy Queen. The owner took our order and everything came out quickly! Had a very pleasant conversation with the owner while waiting for our food and she gave my friend information on a mobile vet nearby.Vegetarian options: Sadly they don't have beyond burgers here yet.Parking: Parking right outside.

Rude actitud of the employees of the drive through. Shows no respect towards me and no tolerance about my latin accent. One of the worst experience. The gravy is like water and left part of the order but they charge it.
