This McDonald's has by far the absolute worst service I have ever seen anywhere and I have been to some really awful locations (Greyhound bus stop Houston, Southside San Antonio). If I place a order on the app for a SIMPLE ICE CREAM CONE and put counter instead of drive thru...why in gods name can you not just hand it through the window. Also if I ask for an extra sauce. AT LEAST GIVE ME THE RIGHT TYPE. LET ALONE ONE SINGLE WRONG SAUCE AND HAVE TO ARGUE WITH A MANAGER FOR AN EXTRA. OH FOR FRIES I HAD TO SCOOP FOR Myself BECAUSE THEY TOOK SO LONG I JUST WENT IN THE KITCHEN AND DID IT. YALL SUCK.

Great job guys just ate the hot burger and fries so good,
Took three tries to get my burgers almost right. No apologies, they acted like it was my fault. After 3 attempts, it still was served lukewarm.

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Been all over the country and have never been treated how I was at this location. The most unfriendly staff. They would not bring the food to the table as it says on the number card. They locked the door for the lobby after we walked in which was 30 minutes before it was supposed to close. They did come up to me so I could pay for my food for 20 minutes of me standing there. They looked at me about 12 times before a lady decided to come help me. And when she did she did not speak to me as a person. Will never go back.

It’s not the best ever but what do you expect from fast food. Some of the staff is friendly and will do what you tell them to do. However just went there the other day and when I got to the second window I asked the person at the window how much longer it would take, in a nice way, not in a douche way. He proceeded to tell me that the grill cooks were pleasuring themselves onto my burger and that’s what gives it the taste. Along with telling one of the new employees that a half mixed shake was good enough to serve. That shake was 90% ice cream still and I could not even get it through the straw.

I've had not- so- pleasant experiences with Mc Donalds in the past. I gave them another shot and was surprised. It was worth trying again, though it is unfortunately not even my third choice for a fast food burger
