It is always “hit or miss” with this sonic! My family loves sonic and we stop at sonic a lot even when traveling and this one is probably one of the worst! We’ve had problems before with our order being right, the food being hot, the food taking too long (it literally took 30 minutes one time to get only 4 drinks), the buttons not working properly at the pull in, but today was the “icing on the cake”. For all non car users I do not recommend. They put car users over non car users, and they can barely hear you and are rude, take like an hour to get food! So if you're in a hurry to go somewhere but want to grab a quick snack do not. (Even if it's like water)

I asked for a chicken sandwhich with no pickles, they put the no pickle sticker but still put pickles. I could not eat it as the taste of pickles makes me sick. Absolutely pointless to buy a sandwhich and them pretend they are gonna do what you ask and do it anyway. Very unhappy.
