I love my local Starbucks. Everyone's upbeat here most of the time and friendly. I moved to Cañon City from Denver and miss my Havana Street Starbucks. I walked in and everyone knew me. I think it'll just take a bit of time.It's super clean, bright, and upbeat here. I love the playlist they have on when I go in.

Please tell me why I was told “pack it up and take pictures, we’re losing money here” (and in a very sassy, egotistic way, as if he rehearsed these lines to make sure we were going to be intimidated) by an employee after I had gotten rear ended in the drive thru? Instead of “Is everyone okay?”, that is what we were approached with… We were told that we were “holding up the line” as if either of us in that accident put “get into a crash in the drive thru and inconvenience Starbucks” on our agenda for today ? It was a three vehicle accident, and I have always been told to NEVER abandon a crash scene.. so naturally everyone is staying put until authorities show up. The manager was a sweet lady and was very nice to everyone, and actually knew how to take care of people… but that male employee… makes me never want to order Starbucks at that location again ? thank you sir for your concern!!! We appreciated it! Food and drinks were good, but please use good, empathetic people to handle an accident next time lol (I’m a nice girl and work in food service too, but how we were treated by that man was WILD )

I’ve contacted corporate 3 times about the employees at this store being rude and purposely making my drinks wrong and sandwiched cold. I’m told the district manager will call me each time. It hasn’t happened. Karisma the girl at the drive through window was so rude to me for no reason. Janet the manager told me i did not need to com in any more. For what? Asking you to make my drink right ?

The manager and employees are the nicest Starbucks people I have ever visited. I travel for a living and use Starbucks in many big and small cities, and hands down these people care about the experience they create for people. Well done!
The manager here is soo sweet. And I give it to her for how hard she works. She was managing 3 stores. She does a lot and makes the environment fun and cheerful. Working as hard and as much as she does has to be so tiring but she still always puts a pretty smile on her face and is happy and kind. She’s one of those managers that goes above and beyond. Good job!

0/0 I've gone to Starbucks every day for the past four years and get the same thing. I just moved here and this local store has an issue with me apparently not only do they charge me extra they now have started to purposefully make my drinks wrong so I don't come back. I went in and confronted the manager about the drinks and she proceeded to tell me this is not the Starbucks I need to come back to that if I'm having this issue all the time mind you I used to work at Starbucks everyone here, especially the manager Janet, super unprofessional And losing business for their company. Over .50 heavy steam order.
I like Starbucks because it is the same happy servers and great coffee. I also like the sweet treat and breakfast menu
