Allegria is the best restaurant in Carbondale! Highly recommend for any occasion. Food and drinks are fantastic, you have to check it out if you’re ever in the valley! Benôit is the best! The martinis and oysters are a must!
There aren't enough wonderful things to say about this place! I decided last minute to stay in this town and I am so happy I did. I walked down the street with all holiday lights up and saw this place and it looked so cozy. I decided to try it out. From the moment I walked in I instantly fell in love with the place. Benoit has done a beautiful job : the team is outstanding, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is elevated. It's not cheap but neither is the product. Worth every penny every time. (Also - the cocktails and wine are exceptional!)
