Loved the sushi and the friendly service. They make their own sriracha and soy sauce. They were both SO GOOD. All sushi was fresh, I prefer the basic rolls over the super topped ones as you can get a nice tastes of the fish! The beef bowl had nice flavor and the veggies in it were great. Will be coming back!

Fantastic little family run sushi restaurant. Everything we had here was great, the service was attentive and kind, and the atmosphere was cozy and chill with pleasant music. Immaculate restrooms as well. A gem.

This will be our new sushi place! It’s so hard to find good sushi in Douglas County. Jenny, the owner, was our server and was so sweet and attentive. We had gyoza, a specialty roll, and a salmon bowl. All were very good! Yes, it’s a little pricey, but restaurants are so expensive to run, especially a sushi restaurant where you have to have fresh fish all the time. Plus they don’t get as much business in the suburbs as in a city, so I will gladly pay a little more to keep good restaurants in business near us.

My cousin the owner of Ziggi's next door recommended this place as a fave sushi spot. We went for dinner last night and it was amazing! Parking was easy at that time but I'm sure if it's just you can easily park in the bigger lot right there next to the little section. We had the lemon roll and the castle pines roll. Absolutely delicious and very unique. I've never had anything like the lemon roll! We ordered the crunch Korean chicken which was also fantastic! I was pleasantly impressed and would definitely go back. We also ordered two desserts. They were out of one we had ordered so they made us something special that was off menu and that was some awesome customer service. I sadly don't have pics of the dessert because we got too excited. Try them all though, if you have the chance.

Unfortunately, The sushi I got today was on a decline here. Today I got tuna that was brown around the edges and my sushi rolls were falling apart not rolled tightly at all. The fish looked terrible. Didn’t have a great smell. I don’t see many people in there, so wondering how they are doing. When they first opened, everything seemed very fresh and done really well. Today, food seemed thrown together and not appetizing. I don’t know for sure, but judging by the color of the tuna, it may have been old or frozen. It was falling apart, like frozen tuna does. That’s never happened to me here before. It’s an extremely expensive restaurant for a little neighborhood sushi place and I would expect a better quality of food. The people were very nice and refunded my order. Check your sushi before you take it home.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free items.

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."My wife and I came here after one of the other local restaurants had an excessive wait time. We've had this type of food before and have been to many different types of sushi/ramen restaurants, but this one tops everything we've had to date. All of the staff are extremely friendly and make plenty of jokes and ensure you have exactly what you need. If you need more sauce or anything, they do not hesitate to make sure you have it. As for the food, it is more than just out of this word. Everything just melts in your mouth, and you can taste every ingredient. I've never had a katsu dish where everything (and I mean everything) comes together so perfectly. The sauce, the meat, the cabbage, and the rice. Everything comes together swimmingly, leaving you full and satisfied. We absolutely can't wait to come back and will certainly be coming with empty stomachs. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant over any of the other locations, Asian type restaurants. You definitely get what you pay for here. Everyone here deserves a wholesome tip.Parking: Limited parking spaces near the restaurant.

I'm really disappointed with this place. There was very little actual flavor and it was all very lackluster. The gyoza was the best but still soggy (I ordered takeout so it was sitting for a few minutes). The miso was flavorless and the spicy chicken bowl only tasted like char. I threw most of it out. Bummer. I had high hopes for this place.

This place is fantastic. I’m not the biggest fan of sushi, but my partner is, and they have a diverse enough menu where I got an excellent meal, and she got her sushi. They also have Japanese beer, which was fun to try. Also, the service is excellent!

This place has outstanding food, from sushi (sashimi, nigiri, rolls), to Korean options, bowls, etc. Their sushi is fresh and delicious and we are elated to have a local place so we don't have to drive to Denver for good sushi. The staff is very family friendly and courteous and we can't wait to support this restaurant on a weekly basis. This is what Castle Pines needs; not what's currently being built

I made a first review and I've already been back twice since. I'm addicted to this gem of a restaurant! It's the best sushi / Korean / Asian food to have graced ALL of Castle Rock. They have so many options! My mom got the Shoyu Ramen and loved it, it was very flavorful and a perfect size portion. They also serve it on a cute wooden tray which I love. I ended up getting the Chicken Yakisoba, on the menu it says "noodles, rice, chicken, etc" -- I thought it was referring to the noodles as rice noodles but there is in fact rice at the bottom and noodles packed on top with flavorful veggies and delicious grilled chicken. I am absolutely in love with this dish! Such a good option for take out and comfort food. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual but the music is always a smooth jazz and it's so relaxing. It's a subtle touch that makes this restaurant amazing. Great for date night or family night too because you can hear everyone talk! Plus they make their soy sauce in house. You can't beat that! 5 stars for this gem over and over again.
