Yesterday we were at castle rock outlet and went there for a break from shopping and i ordered vanilla ice brewed and i ce coffee and hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls the cinnamon rolls were fine as we expected but the ice coffee both and the hot chocolate were horrible watery no taste no flavor i ordered the hot chocolate to my three years old it was very hot and dangerous to hold for me as an adult and he fel the cup to the top and i told him before he start do fill it to the top because its gonna be for baby and he kept looking at me like im taking a different language any way the minute that i took a sip i realized we just waisted our money in this place over $25 bucks just threw all the drink straight in to the trash and the guy he was looking at me and we left don't go to this place and waste your money

The girl here was purposely saying longer wait times to neighbor employees of stores near by and then they would laugh about it. They had NO pretzels ready and it was not crazy busy like usual. They had no sense of urgency and were so so mean. We buy from here everytime we visit and the staff was young and catty. Was sad to see them not want business.

This establishment is clearly poorly managed. The employees never have enough supplies or even know if they have their own products. They rarely have pretzels but always have a plethora of very stale looking Cinnabons. Those poor kids are clearly working as hard as they can and dealing with a consistent line of unhappy customers because they don’t have food available (which is particularly frustrating when there are so few food options at the mall) but they are still always friendly and as helpful as they can be.

Amazing experience! The staff was super helpful, and worked super hard to make sure everything was fresh and delicious. 10/10, would recommend.

Pretzel was dried out and burnt. Instead of them throwing it away like they should have, I had to after spending over $6.00.

The employees here were trying to sell burnt pretzels and refused to sell fresh pretzels or ones that weren’t burnt to two kids. Wow! Horrible! hopefully the store owner checks in on the process of how to correctly cook and treat their customers.

Friendly staff and good customer service. I had no issues with this location. I love me some auntie Annes so when I stumble on it when shopping I have to stop by. My favorite pretzel is the jalapeno cheese pretzel and he happened to just have put one in the oven so I only had to wait for 6 min for a fresh jalapeno cheddar pretzel and with the cheese sauce super yummy treat.

They made my drink so half asked we asked for someone else to make it again. Won't be back.

Visited twice, once at 7:30 on a Wednesday, once at 2:30 on a Sunday. Both times, they were out of pretzel dogs, and not taking orders for any more. (Umm, hello? You're a restaurant, MAKE MORE.) Not going to go out of my way to check again.

What is usually a small delight of mine turned into a complete nightmare . On 5/23/2023 at or about 2:05 pm I order a Sweet Almond Pretzel which is typically delicious and fulfilling, to my surprise as I bit into the pretzel it seemed as if i was chewing a char shaped pretzel instead of a sweet almond pretzel, which is usually delightful. Im on a short lunch break since I work here in the outlets, so I head back to Auntie Annes immediately to salvage however many minutes I have left of my break . I explained what the issue was to an associate name Caden.Heres where the issue comes in! Caden, (or whatever other variation you can spell that name) MANSPLAINS to me that the pretzel is NOT burnt and that I could wait for a fresh batch to come out but it would likely come out the same way as the one I purchased did .... and that he would exchange it anyway. Caden, proceeds to pull out another BURNT Sweet Almond Pretzel. At this point I completely walk away from the stand with my original BURNT pretzel with no resolution, no words and no refund .In conclusion , as a long time loyal customer , I will no longer be spending my inflated dollars on BURNT pretzels at Auntie Annes in Castle Rock Premium Outlets.

Keller and Nathan crushed it! I was craving a pretzel after a so-so morning of shopping and stopped in. I had a question about the ingredients in the lemonade and Keller went to the kitchen to check the ingredients. Nathan asked if I wouldn't mind waiting a few minutes for a fresh out of the oven pretzel. But of course! The pretzel was hot, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and pillowy soft. Be sure to stop in the next time you're at the Castle Rock Outlets!
