This Burger King fell off as of lately it seems they don’t have an employees that care maybe they can’t get employees because the ones that are their serve cold french fries old burgers and their soda machine doesn’t work they don’t know how to fix it.

We go here once in a while and my kids happened to ask for BK this evening. I was not aware that I was going to have the nicest folks serve us this evening. The gal who took our order was so polite and quick and the young man who topped off the order was also very polite. They were both on top of their game and so polite and kind. I haven't experienced service like this in such a a long time. I wish I knew their names! Great service, great speed, great everything.

I've been to this location several times now. I usually don't give 5 star reviews, but this location is fantastic. The customer service is terriffic in the Drive Thru!! I wish I could remember his name?? But he has long dark hair and fantastic customer service skills. He's friendly and upbeat. He always offers a crown, my disabled son always accepts!! Bravo!! He usually won't accept anything he considers childish. I would hire him in an instant! The food was hot, fresh and fast! Well done, BK in Castle Rock!!♡♡♡Kid-friendliness: Great with disabled adults, so I'll say exceptional with kids!!
Wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE entering the drive thru. Waited 15 mins for cold food. When I went in for fresh fries, the employee got an attitude. Too many choices to deal with this type of customer service. Go somewhere else.

When I tried to explain the sodas not working the girl looked at me as if she had no comprehension of the words coming from my lips.Horrible customer service!!!!
