This Cafe Río is always fast, friendly, clean and the food is always fresh! I love the sweet pork barbacoa burrito smothered with the tomatillo ranch sauce - it's so flavorful and different from your average fast-casual burrito! I asked for extra lettuce and extra pico - they were both cold, flavorful and absolutely delicious! Something about this burrito today is ahhhhmazing and I wish I lived closer! I should've taken a picture of my burrito before I ate it! Ha!The manager Mike finished up my order and offered me a sample of the new elotes (street corn), which were super tasty! He also stopped by my table to check how my meal was prepared and told be about the app where I can earn points for free food! Every employee I spoke to and observed was friendly and helpful! TEN STARS - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Ordered takeout tonight for dinner. We got a burrito and a quesadilla. The burrito was good, but the quesadilla was sitting in liquid and was a soaking wet mushy mess, like someone had spilled water all over it. Ended up having to throw the quesadilla out because it was so gross. This place is too expensive to have quality control issues like this.

Saw some older poor reviews and wanted to add my positive experience. We come here every once in a while, but our lunch today was especially great! The employees didn't skimp on meat and toppings. And informed us that a kids quesadilla (entree, not meal) is free! No one had told us that before. We noticed employees cleaning and straightening out tables throughout our meal. Clean, and quality meal.

I ordered a Burrito w Steak, enchilada style. I also ordered a Small drink. My total for the two was $19.29. The food was in fact pretty good. It was nothing exceptional however.The location was very busy. The staff kept the kitchen and the restaurant clean continuously, which is good considering many of the previous comments.Negatively, one of the kitchen workers came out and sat on break at a table near me. He was speaking to a woman and then a man on his cell, on speaker mode. Blasting both conversations for all to hear for his entire break. When did this become acceptable in public??? Especially for employees?I will not be going back. To me, it's not worth the extra $$$$. I can go-to a local Mexican restaurant, toss in a tip, and get a much larger, more varied meal. Or go across the street for a few bucks less.
