Came in with my family for a nice meal after an event. We were seated with our group near the bar area. Note, I don't drink, but some family does, and they don't have a bartender on a Saturday night. There were a total of three cups of water for the entire table. No refills on drinks, no refills on the salsa that has carrots in it. -that has carrots in it??? I got Baja fish tacos. It was ok, the piece of fish was bigger than the tortilla. Not my kind of food.

This is a great chain restaurant. Very good price for the quality, which is really what I'm looking for. The bill says it all. I would love it for the margarita to be less than $9.25, but otherwise, this is a very good deal.The quality was also superb. What I really appreciate is the temperature at which the food is served. Muy caliente.

Food is great and so are the drinks but the customer service I got was very rude tonight. Went in for a work meeting with my colleagues and we sit down at the table to order ourselves drinks. Now, I do look very young but I am very much of age. The waiter (male) looks at only me and asks only me for my I.D. I ask him “you are not going to ask anyone else for their I.D’s? And he replied “Only you.” So I pulled my drivers license out and put it infront of him and he tries to grab it out of my hands. I pulled it away and he said “I need to see I.D” and I said “I’m showing you it, you can see it”. He lifted his hands up and said “okay then you don’t drink”. So, I gave my license to him to hold and he didn’t even look at the card, he felt it and threw it back on the table at me. I understand in some way, but the way he had treated me about it was very rude. Will not be coming back here to be treated like that again, no tip for you and a bad review.

The food my family and I was served today was disgustingly bad, we will never go back. The street tacos meals we ordered were $15 for two lukewarm, tough and tasteless steak tacos. The rice was horrible as was the salsa. To call the stuff served to us Mexican food is an insult to good Mexican food. My sister ordered huevos rancheros, she asked for the egg to be served over easy, it came to her with something that looked like an overcooked scrambled egg. The salsa was was like tomatoes sauce and the beans were runny. Our bill was over $80 for 4 adults and one child, we only had soft drinks. My niece got a bean burrito from the children's menu, I couldn't even cut it up for her because the tortilla was so tough. She was supposed to get a Sunday with her meal, but they never brought it.h We could have had a better and much cheaper meal had we gone to Taco Bell. Don't waste your money!!

My family and I often visit Mazatlan, Mexico and Carlos Miguel's is so good and authentic that we often remark how much it reminds us of the food in Mazatlan. The carne asada street tacos are my personal favorite. My parents always order enchiladas and tamales. Everything is excellent. The staff is also very friendly and quick. We got takeout from this place many times during the pandemic and come in to eat fairly often. Highly recommend!

Chips & Salsa but with the addition of refried bean dip. That’s a huge plus!Dinner Selections: Jalisco Burrito wasn’t that great. The burrito had white rice, beans, veggies, and very little chicken. Why white rice and not Spanish rice? I’m pretty upset that it was made poorly with some white queso that was horrendous. Chimi meal was pretty good because I believe my wife enjoyed it.Kid Selections: Mac n Cheese was made in a plastic bag.The best experience was the chips and salsa with bean dip and the young water rocking his fro!

Terrible management, kitchen is absolutely disgusting! There is black mold in the women's bathroom. I'm surprised there hasn't been a health inspection, their food is revolting and half the time they forget things for the meal. I'm extremely disappointed in this place! How they treat their employees and customers is beyond me. Our server was very rude when we asked for the check 4 times and when we asked for the right order he told us this is what we ordered (I had ordered the steak fajitas). What was given to me was enchilads. Not only that but a HAIR in my wifes food. The customer service is awful! Definitely won't be back here. Shame on you Carlos Miguel's!
My margarita was blah (watered down and not very good), but our food was delicious. We enjoyed the complimentary starter chips with salsa and bean dip. I got the enchiladas sonora and my husband got carnitas. We both really enjoyed them and left stuffed. The staff were all nice.

Some TVs in the bar area to see games and enjoy some good food options. TVs for the sports you want to watch. Get there on game day for a meal and watch the games. Servers are there to bring your orders and will serve you with a smile so be sure to tip them. Have fun in a local spot with good food and try out the great patio on nice days.

Worst food ever. I would likely not be leaving this review if someone would have answered my 5 phone calls. Ordered online and did pickup. 3 out of 4 meals wrong. Runny guacamole. Slimy green chile. Chicken was flavorless. Faty bits of pork throughout one meal and couldn't even bother to give us more than 3 small tortillas for the two orders of fajitas. If I was in the restaurant, I would have sent the food back. Couldn't even get past the first few bites and I was starving. Even bad food usually taste somewhat good when you're starving. For almost $100 I would expect edible.

Not sure how this joint has so many stars. First and last time here. Chips were too salty and salsa was made with too much citrus. When the food came, it was cold. What’s up with cold food lately? Asked for a ground beef and bean tostada, got only beans. Rice and enchilada were cold. Best part about this restaurant is the water and wasn’t even offered a refill.
