Really good Chipotle. No idea what the other reviews are on about, never had an issue. This is the better of the two Chipotle’s in Castle Rock, hands down.

Order via mobile app with the drive up pick up, once a week and have never had a problem with timing or quality like the other reviews suggest. App updates are typically accurate and as soon as I arrive, food is ready.

I never post reviews but I will this time. I ordered for pick up, got home, and there was literally a BUG IN MY FOOD. DO NOT GO HERE. This is definitely not how you open up a new franchise.

I'm guessing he was some type of manager; the one who had his hand wrapped up in a white bandage under his glove needs to learn how to treat his team betters. He was scolding a girl for something she did on the line while customers were right there..very unprofessional on his part. Food was fine per usual, other two girls on the line were nice. The layout is kinda odd; it's a newer building. Their drive through isn't a drive through, it's a mobile pickup order only.

This location is literally incapable of rolling a burrito properly. I came two days in a row and out of four burritos all four burritos look like a two-year-old rolled them. They really really need to work on this when they’re charging a minimum of $10 to basically throw slop into a bag for you. Burrito bowl you’d think, how could they mess that up? Yep sure couldn’t get those right either. Some people don’t want wet/dry Ingredients together, so listen to your customers before making bowls in order to avoid hastily throwing bowls in the trash when we ask for them to be re-made.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a chipotle as I am with this location. We ordered a burrito with guacamole and they did not include it in the burrito, they forgot to add in sour cream, and the food was cold and dry… I almost threw my food away due to how disgusting it was. Portion of items were completely off, I would beware of ordering food from this location until some of these issues are resolved.

There are two Chipotles in Castle Rock, this one is the much better tasting one of the two- in fact, the food here reminds me of the first time I had Chipotle 20 plus years ago. The meat is juicy and flavourful and the veggies taste fresh. We are defiantly coming back, haven't had chipotle this good in years.

Well if you go... do not get the barbacoa, it was pure fat in the two meals we ordered. I had to throw it away because it was so disgusting. Don't bother to reach out and complain literally nothing will get done. Very disappointing since this is a new chipotle.... Won't be back. Seriously gross.
