We visited the location at 9:20 pm on 12/2. The service was horrible. The three employees that were working were more concerned with getting out of there then helping customers. One of the kids was spraying cleaner directly in front of us while we were ordering. We had to ask for spoons much to the astonishment of the guy helping us. We visit this location frequently but may rethink this if this continues.

I was craving ice cream on my drive home from the mountain and was excited Cold Stone was open late.Sadly the ice cream I got, "Butter Pecan" was full of ice crystals that were crunchy and there were no pecans.The flavor was great... for the first several bites, but after about 1/4 of the way it was just easy too salty to enjoy.Very disappointing especially since it was $7!

I went into the store and asked for a sliced banana on top of my ice cream and Matthew Hedges spent 12 minutes trying to open the banana.
The employees here are so nice and attentive even with a huge line and they are efficient and the ice cream is delicious. Highly recommend for ice cream in the area.

$22.50 for ice cream for 2 people (1 with cone) with tax and $2 tip. That is all I have to say. You can get 4 pints (something like 40 servings) at grocery store for that amount of money. We will NOT be going back, ever.

I ordered the berry berry good but when I got the ice cream it was melted and mixed with the coffee lovers which wasn't what I ordered, better off going to the grocery store for ice cream then here
