Stopped by to get something to eat with my wife. Saw Korita's, and decided to give it a try.Best decision I've made todayUpon walking in I was immediately reminded of the cantinas in New Mexico. They carry Jarritos, a favorite of mine when I was a kid. Try the mango, you won't be disappointed. We both ordered the Chile rellenos and had our plates well under ten minutes. The rellenos were the fastest we've ever ordered, and they tasted so good it reminded me of my mom's cooking. To finish, we had the sopapillas, a fantastic dessert when done right, and they did it right. Highly recommended, we will definitely be returning here.

Totally legit Mexican restaurant. Food was great, salsa excellent and service superb. Margaritas weren't too bad, either.I live in the Springs and it is well worth the drive....adios, mf

Went to this restaurant today after a long day of hiking, the food was very good and everything tasted home made. I'm pretty picky about my Mexican food and I've had plenty of bad Mexican food experiences but this one was spot on! My kids got crispy and soft tacos and said they were delicious, the steak in the a la Mexicana was tender and not chewy at all and the tamales were also very good. Thanks for making me feel like I was back home in Texas while on vacation!!

We just moved down to Castle Rock and wanted to try a Mexican restaurant. We were exhausted and decided to pick up food to go. Everything we got was delicious and we will definitely be back. The one downfall was that we didn't get chips with the to go.

Food was average. Took forever to take our order. The Diet Coke was flat, I asked to have them take the coke off the bill and they still charged for it. Won't be going back.

Don't get the Cesar salad. It sucked! I can only assume it's because it's not of hispanic origins. All of the other food I've eaten there is delicious to the taste and I would sell my signs and tokens for a mere taste of something new.

Loved the burrito and the ingredients really sparked different flavor smother could of been thicker and had more flavor to fully satisfy other then that I loved it

4 stars because of my experience. I ordered online around 9:30am for an 11:30am pick up. When I arrived I was told there was no order from me and had to wait until a manager would answer the phone to see why this happened. Turns out the online ordering system didn’t take my order because I ordered before opening, I was charged immediately though. This was frustrating as I’ve ordered from many other restaurants before opening and it was never an issue. If your ordering system is not user friendly and as the waiter told me “has items that are not even on the menu” then please consider getting a new system.

The food & service was great, our waitor didn't even write down our order, he memorized it call, came back frequently to check if we were ok.

Delicious non-chain, family owned restaurant, great developed flavors. Tried the chillquilles, chorizo and green chili was awesome.

My kind of mexican. I love the chimichanga and the quesadilla I had. Sopaipillas were disappointing though, rather dry. Chips were good. Salsa/ dip was good.
