The manager that I just spoke to today in regards to a bad experience I had at your restaurant a few years ago even though I have proof in what I was saying to her she was very argumentative and basically was calling me a liar. She was not working there when I had the experience we both came to that conclusion. I have proof of what I told her and I went as far as reporting the cook to the tri county health department. They investigated my claim against the cook and a manager at the time. The general manager would give me a gift card to come back with an apology as well and they would still trash my food when i came back with friends. After the last time I never returned. My question to the manager was is that cook still working there because people I know wanted to go there and they invited me but I said not if that same cook is there. God knows I'm telling the truth about my bad experience at IHOP. Words to the manager learn how to repect people and listen to them. What that cook did to my food was wrong and one of the managers that was involved he was a male. God seen everything Iwent through, and I'm sure they got there karma back. They hated that I liked my food cooked a certain way and they would not respect my wishes. If it is the same owners. The general manager had a bad attitude as well. Be kind to people because at the end of the day karma is real. Let everyone listened to the recorded call that just happened, because I spoke my truth and I should get a real apology. Food was amazing. Really tasty. The pancakes were a bit dry. In the hash browns and the baked potatoes were amazing, no salt needed to be added. I did not like that we had to wait a lot for the waitress to get napkins, but her service was still great. The coffee was really good.
This is the best IHOP in Colorado. Coming from a travelers perspective, every time we come here the people are nice, it's never too loud, the food is good. We drive an extra hour just to go to this IHOP usually, and have sense 2009.

I've never been treated so poorly. I'm a Doordash driver I show up and call as I was told to sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes until I got fed up and went inside to the worst place I've been in years. I brought up the name and they said they already gave it to someone. So first your handing food to the wrong people with no ID or app anything then without an apology told me they won't remake it and I have to call the costumer to have him cancel the order? Insane the way they think I talked to 4 or 5 people not a single apology or offer to remake it. I wasted an hour of my day at the worst IHOP and I recommend that yall don't intentionally torture yourself be going here

overall a very poor ihop experience. i know ihop is usually a gross diner, but this felt exceptionally bad. our silverware was dirty and wrapped in clean napkins, our waitress debi forgot my sides twice and after i asked kindly for it to be taken off the bill, i still got the sides (way too late, and incorrect) and i was still billed for it. she never really checked on us, refilled our drinks or even brought napkins over to us after that was all we asked for. i was overcharged for the sides i was missing and just paid so i could get out of there. but it is so not worth it lol. just go somewhere else

Terrible experience, we eat here about once per month and this was by far the worst. Eggs were all over hard, even the benedict, but somehow everything also managed to be room temp. Ordered a side of pancakes which should have been $4, instead it as $9. When I complained about the food the server said "it took longer then I expected so that makes sense". I asked for a manager on my way out but after waiting for 5 min we just left and I wrote corporate. $60 for 2 adults and 1 child without tip.

Very rude when be taken to the table, as well as took very long to even start to order drinks and food.When the food came out, the order was wrong and by the time I asked to have it discounted because the food was sitting there, now cold and not eatable the manager said “it takes 30 seconds to REHEAT”Wait what, reheat it and not remake it?!Rather then doing the right thing and discount the meal, the manager gave a $2.50 discount when it should have been WAY MORE then that.Let’s just say if you are wanting rude service and to be disappointed in your food go here, but if you want a fun time and good food, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
