As a kitchen manager, this is unacceptable. I would not allow my employee to send that out. This is downright laziness. Unfortunately it was bought for me yesterday so I can't take it back.

Past few times I’ve come in 10-15 minutes after placing an online order to an empty counter. Workers were in the back. Orders haven’t been ready. They had about 5 pickup order receipts printed off without any of the orders

I stopped in at 130 on a Saturday to grab a sandwich with my kid. When I walked in there was one employee cutting meat and no one else. Eventually another employee wondered out from the back and begrudgingly grunted "what can I get you?" We ordered and sat down. 4 groups came in after us, all were served before us. After i asked about our food for the 3rd time it came out without cheese as i ordered. Employee had horrible attitude, when another person asked if they had ice he grunted "our machine is broken" and walked away. I eat at another location regularly but this one is a horrible representation of the company. I can over look the messy restaurant for it being busy earlier but the attitude is absurd.

Do your self a favor, save some time and drive to another location and order. I waited over 30 min for a sandwich, I had to remind them to make it. Every person in front of me cancelled their order and walked out because it took so long. This store has poor ownership. Do not give them your money. I will not return.

Lost a customer! This location has gone WAY downhill! After a couple of mediocre experiences over the last 6 months or so we decided to give it another chance as we (usually) enjoy the food. This must be a miserable place to work and obviously understaffed so I blame this on the "ownership" and not the inept staff. We came in at 6:30 pm to a single employee running everything who was obviously not happy to be there and was not friendly and hard to understand. Ordered 4 standard sandwiches with one of them adding pickles. Did not get the add on and got a different sandwich for one even though he read off the order correctly. I'd chalk that off to being understaffed at dinner time! But the worst of it all was how disgusting the store was. Trash on floor, not a single clean table, the whole place smelled of body odor and the restrooms were worse. Definitely not recommended, take your business elsewhere.After a review you are asked to go to the website and give them specific info on your experience, which I did. Then you never hear from them again. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste your money eating at this location!

I routinely order catering for my job without issues, but this location failed me. Not only was the food not ready on time, but there was no sense of urgency. No one had a care in the world as they slowly puttered around. When I asked for an ETA, they were rude.They also didn’t label the food. It was a guessing game with 36 half sandwiches. It looked very unprofessional when no one knew what they were getting and I didn’t have answers for them.Finally, I only got about 5 mayonnaise and mustard packets for the whole order. So everyone except the first few people had dry sandwiches.

I ate there yesterday and have been experiencing the worst food poisoning in my entire life. DO NOT GET THE TUNA SANDWICH, let alone any of the other options. I had to go to the ER because of the intensity my sickness is at and it still has not subsided. Worst feeling in my entire life.
Christian was the person who greeted us and made our sandwiches. He was friendly and made our sandwiches as we ordered them. We will be using this location more! Thank you

This place is falling apart. 9 people in the kitchen and we were given the wrong sandwhich three times after waiting 20 minutes to find out they forgot who the sandwiches belonged to. Had to self convert a Turkey and ham to an almost Italian by asking for oil and vinegar three times. What a joke. You guys need a manager in the kitchen that has graduated high school.

I came in to pick up an order for my colleagues, and I and I was quickly greeted with good mornings and Hello’s from the staff.There was about six employees all diligently working on different things. There was one working on cleaning the lobby getting ready for the Friday rush, while the rest were cleaning and shelving chips. The lobby was clean and chairs were organized.My order was patiently taken and the new menu board was explained in great detail. The food was quickly made and when I got to my destination it tasted fresh as if they just baked the bread.I look forward to visiting this establishment for future orders for me and my colleagues.Vegetarian options: Although they have few veggies (onions, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers) to choose from, their veggie sandwich is the best with avocado spread.
