Tried to go through drive thru at 7:00. Lights on, including 'Drive Thru Open' but no response and finally a guy emptying trash told us they were closed. Website says the drive thru is open until 10:00. Ughhhh!

I have been a fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken since Pete Harmon put the first one in South Salt Lake City, Ut in the 1950s. NO MORE! The last two times we have eaten at the one in Castle Rock, Co it has been very tough and so old we could not eat it. This place is a disgrace and a waste of money!

I had terrible service tonight I ordered a simple chicken breast original recipe in the drive thru around 630 pm They said it would take 20 minutes They suggested I do the extra recipe and yet they tried charging me for two when I said one It took about twenty minute anyway I drove him and immediately noticed it tasted odd I have been in the bathroom all night since on one piece The quality is never consistent - either too dry or something else Right now I’m miserable off one stupid piece Pissed and stomach cramps

Placed order online at 5:34pm, was instructed to pick up the order at 5:54pm. Arrived at 5:53pm, sign on door stated drive thru only. When through drive thru and was told it would be another 25 minutes until order was ready because there was no cook on duty. When I asked for a refund I was told they didn't handle the payment so no refund could be made.

I havent been able to go here without being told to pull in front and wait 20-30 minutes still to get my order wrong. this place is disgusting & the workers are all stoned. even though it isnt busy the food takes FOREVER and is disgusting.

Tim was great at customer service. The price differed from the register and he apologized and said I could wait for the manager but he was so nice and I had to get going but he was more than helpful!

Always taking a risk going here. Especially on weekends. No white Original Recipe this time.The coleslaw and chocolate cake is always good though. Probably made off-site, but tasty.

Went through your drive-through today i could barely hear the guy on the other end of the speaker. Repeated my order back to him and when he gave me the total it didn’t sound right. When we got to the window I simply asked the man to repeat my order back to me as the price didn’t sound right, he then got defensive and argued with me regarding what I ordered I simply said sir I’m just asking for you to repeat my order as the price doesn’t sound correct he then was rude and unprofessional and when I asked to speak to the manager he pulled his name badge out of his pocket and said that he was his name was Ty he rudely said do you want the food or not and I said you know what I do not the service was horrible! Do unprofessional all he had to do was politely repeat my order. I understand finding employees is hard at the moment but that was no excuse

Orderd on line. Never got a confirmation. Tried to call the store to make sure they got my order but no one ever answered the phone. In fact they took it off the hook twice. Called corporate and the first time I was put on hold the music kept repeating " you will never see me again." How fitting! The lady at corporate said my order never went through, then asked me if there was anything else she could do. As soon as I said no she hung up. KFC is trash!

We had to wait a few minutes for our order but totally worth it. I recommend the A1 or K14. The chicken was perfectly crispy and my husband's burger tasted like the perfect American burger we all crave! Delicious chicken little sandwiches and burger! We did not get fries. So I'm not sure how their fries are. Great choice!

i will not shop at kfc chicken in castle rock untill they get new management. i had so many problems with the food. the chicken is over cooked and the coleslaw has no sause on it, the chiicken is cooked early morning and sold in the afternoon and is very dry when you go to eat it.when you have a complaint and call them on the phone , they don"t answer the phone. i could go on and on with my complaints but it does no good. they need to shut it down or get new management and employees.

Food was good,hot except for the fries. No cars behind us yet they make us pull around and park. They have a timer and get in trouble if it goes too long . So don't worry about my inconvenience, just don't let the timer go! I don't think that's what the Coronel had in mind!
