I haven't been to Noodles for several years because the quality seemed to have gone downhill. I thought I would give it a try last night and I ordered my usual Pasta Penne Rosa and I am very disappointed. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or the order was made wrong. But it was disgusting. It had like sauteed onions in it. That was never there before. And the mushrooms were missing. Very sad. The rice crispy treat was good.

Arriving mid-afternoon, the restaurant was empty with the exception of one lone employee. The tables were all cleared, clean with the sun shining through the windows.We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles while asking which is better - the Korean BBQ meatballs or the Potstickers. He recommended the Potstickers.After he brought our order, he stopped by a few minutes later asking how the Potstickers were. I told him they were a fine recommendation. They meat was seasoned well. The two noodle dishes were fantastic - hitting the spot especially since I had not eaten for 24 hours.

First time in to this location. We went to the cash register and waited. A guy who was packing orders looked at us walked over and let out an audibly loud sigh. I said hello and ordered. He set our order number on the counter and before I had finished paying he was already gone. Very rude customer service. Lots of dirty tables that needed cleaned and order numbers needed to be picked up. There were only a few people in the restaurant when we ordered but as we waited and waited for our food a ton of to go orders were going out the door. Mac n cheese arrived at our table cold and my pasta came with chicken on top, which I didn't order. We were starving and the food tasted good aside from the issues.

My Uber eats order was taken and not delivered and I contacted the store and Tom was SO helpful! He had it remade fresh when my new driver arrived and called me again when it was finally picked up by driver. Offered for me to call back if I continued having issues since Uber eats was not helpful. GREAT customer service ! Had to call back just to say thank you since he was so caring and really wanted to help solve my issues !

Whoever is running this place needs to clean it up. There are fingerprints all over the furniture, machines...everywhere. I see food particles all over in the cushions, dust up high, the floors are filthy and windows/door are gross. This is ridiculous.Update: it opens at 1030am and you have workers inside but the doors are locked and they are not open close to 11am. Get it together!
Ordered on the app to pick up in store. Waited an extra 15 minutes passed the pick up time for them to remake an order without nuts only to find BOTH items had rubbery, overcooked tofu. Out of basic supplies like zoodles. Rather disappointing.

Paige and her crew last night were absolutely terrible, rude and lacked customer service! I waited over 30 minutes after arriving at my time of pick up I watched my order sit and get cold at the table for 20 minutes. Paige got an attitude when I asked her about it and said I should have compassion since she’s been there since 8AM. She threw my bag to me and said she would refund my order and walked to the back for 5-10 min. My order was still incomplete and did not refund me. Her attitude as a manager was in called for and she should not be working with people. She tried to push me away when I asked for the other employees name as he was just as rude. Will never go to this place again!

I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. It should have had tomatoes mushrooms cracked pepper, and spinach in the dish as described on their menu. However when the dish hit the table it was simply Alfredo noodles and sauce with some tomatoes and chicken place on top. I probably went back up to the counter to let them know that I think I got the wrong dish and was informed that the entire restaurant is out of mushrooms and spinach.Had I known that they were out of those things and would have just ordered regular chicken Alfredo and not paid a premium price for something else. I told the lady behind the counter that and she just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The basic alfredo that arrived at the table tasted wonderful but wasn't what I ordered.To top it off, you have to wait 30 minutes to be able to pick your soda on the soda machine because it's out of date and "on a list" to be replaced. Doesn't seem like a big deal but when you have five children with you, one of which is a 2 year old on your hip, It becomes a large inconvenience.

My buttered noodles are straight up a dough ball, this is the second time this has happened. Literally inedible, if I wanted to eat dough I’d mix some flour and water and dump some Italian seasoning on top. Please retrain your employees because honestly this is disgusting & shouldn’t have been served to anyone.
