We lived in Louisiana for quite a bit and we know and love Popeyes! This is store is one of the rare one in Colorado that taste and feel like the ones down south! The food was cooked fresh, it was delicious! The place was clean and the service was great!
Popeye’s new location in Castle Rock is modern and clean with a spacious dining area that puts it ahead of its competitors. My wife and I dined in to enjoy our favorite Tuesday Special with lemonade. The staff was gracious and provided us with a paper tray and bag to take leftovers home to enjoy the next day.

Literally stopped here for a super quick bite traveling between the airport and Colorado Springs. Not the cleanest restaurant in the world, but not the worst. Food was served quickly, but wasn't great. Not the fault of the people who work in this location.
