I would like to point out to the manager at the Castle Rock location (short man with dark hair and black framed glasses) working this afternoon, that a little kindness and customer service goes a long way!! I eat there multiple time a week being that I work right next door. Tonight I asked to exchange 2 dollars in change for 2 dollar bills and the manger told the nice boy working NOT to help me that there's a bank right next door. I don't know what bank he banks at but the lobby at Chase bank is not open at 4:40 pm on a Sunday. Not to mention that there was NOT ONE single peron inside the restaurant, in line to order, or in the drive through. It's not the message, but the delivery. He was very rude, which is why I'm leaving this review. Thank God for the nice employees at smoothie king.

I’m generally not a huge sandwich fan, not when there’s other lunch options. I really enjoyed the meatball sandwich- and the atmosphere is cute. Has a few books and a drink fridge (with cream soda!) I don’t have any complaints about the service, although I did read the reviews from this past week. I didn’t sense anything rude, just pretty busy.

While we have totally enjoyed Potbelly in the past, we’ve noticed a disappointing turn for the worst. Tonight has me writing a review. Incredibly pushy and rude order taker. Even worse management when we called about the burnt, shriveled and empty sandwich. You’re making sandwiches, guys. We’re not asking for more than a few decent ingredients, 2 pieces of bread and a friendly face ?

First and LAST time visiting this sandwich shop! My credit card was charged 3 times for my one order (I'm so glad I checked my account while there). They did not apologize but said they showed that I was only charged once! I showed them my bank account info on my phone which had three charges for the same amount. Still no apology. Only that the other charges didn't go through on their side. What the heck! Second, I ordered a chicken pot pie and was given soup and it was like warm. Ugh!Never again. There are way too many other choices in Castle Rock.

We had Potbelly cater our daughter’s first birthday party and it was such a hit! We ordered 4 boxes of sandwiches and they were all so delicious. So many people at the party commented on how nice the presentation was and how much they enjoyed the food! I was really happy with the way everything was packaged so nicely with each sandwich individually wrapped and all presented in a nice box. We didn’t even eat the sandwiches for a few hours after pick up and everything was still warm because of how they packaged it. Becky, the store manager, was so helpful and kind when we came in to place the order. I highly recommend using this location for catering! Couldn’t have been more happy!

Love potbelly. Used to eat at one once a week minimum in DC. Happy to have some CO outposts and this is the best run outpost I've been to. Friendly staff, clean, reliable quality.
My review is from the perspective of a Doordash Delivery Driver. I have had numerous orders from this location and service is extremely lacking. Most often the store is empty with two-three workers. The workers are more concerned about talking on their headsets than making orders. They never greet you or even acknowledge you when you walk in. Unfortunately I hesitate to take orders from here now.

I was really hopeful for our meal today, but everything went downhill as soon as we pulled out of the drive thru. We ordered a sandwich, a salad, and a kids meal. To start, the kids meal additions didn't come in the bag (water, apple sauce, cookie). I ran inside to get those, no biggie. We get to the park and sit down only to discover no napkins and no fork for the salad. Ok, we make due since we have baby wipes and a spoon that I grabbed with the apple sauce that was originally forgotten. I get to the end of my salad with maybe 3-4 bites left and bite down into a big piece of plastic (?). I've added a picture of the plastic. While the customer service was nice, what an overall disappointment.

The only reason they don’t get 5 stars overall is because they’ve recently trimmed down the size of their sandwiches and are charging the same price for the larger sandwiches.

Cutomer service is a 10/10 we came in with a part of 10 and they were so patient with our whole family while being busy with other cutomers (thanks Mrs.Becky ) We got a verity of sandwiches but my favorite was turkey avocado 10/10 Cookie butter shake 10/10Meatball 5/10Salad 8/10The whole restaurant was very clean Cutomer service on point I wish I had gotten everyone's names they were all amazing thank you again Mrs.Becky

This place would have really good sandwiches BUT they mess up my order every single time. First it happened at the drive through, so then we'd go inside to order and today, the girl takes my toppings order and WRITES it down and then goes to put Mayo instead of mustard on my sandwich. I also wanted onions and hot peppers. She ended up putting a little bit of Mayo on my sandwich (I hate Mayo) but luckily my boyfriend is tall enough to see over the counter and stopped her. She puts oil on my sandwich instead of onions. If this was a one time thing I wouldn't care, but it's almost every single time. My boyfriend likes it so I keep trying, but I'm so over it. Especially when I'm paying SO MUCH for a stupid sandwich. Ugh.
