I’m not a service snob, but dear God Qdoba… at least make an effort. I just walked into this location, was ignored by the girl working the line who appeared to be putting together a single pick up order. I was the only customer inside, no one waiting for the to go order, and was left just standing at the counter until I literally had to walk out. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced that before. Ironically now heading to Chipotle now. Hoping service is existent there. ?♂️

I went to this location on Saturday for lunch with my family that is visiting and don’t speak English. The place was almost empty. The lady preparing our bowl was completely RUDE, RUSHING US, she wouldn’t let me translate for my family. We finished with bowls half empty because she wouldn’t let us order. WORSE QDOBA LOCATION EVER. That lady shouldn’t work in customer service. I had to ask her to slow down and she was even more rude.

Man who answered did apologize however saying there chicken does come with bones? Pre-packaged he claimed? Commercials show everything freshly grilled? Someone is ? lying....No offer of a refund or replacement...Qdoba don't even know who you guys are anymore...?Sad, Sad, Sad

We ordered online and had an awful experience. 1. We didn't get all of our food so we called the store for 30mins with NO ANSWER! 2. The custom tip we did online for the driver never went through making me have to drive to the bank to get cash. 3. After all of that, to finally sit down to eat to see that they just duplicated my husband's order so I didn't get food since I'm a Vegetarian and my husband is not. Still trying to call and no one is answering.......how terrible of an experience when this meal ended up costing more than $60 plus gas, plus my sanity just to not even get to eat.The only good thing was the driver Danny was awesome!

The skinny dark man working the register today at 5pm was so rude. I asked for chips and he went off on me(*yelled)cause i didn't want to buy drinks. Rude. I wont be back to that location. Ive never been so humiliated in public cause i didnt want to buy drinks. Over drinks ffs!!! Then he made me bag my own food.
