All of the items we purchased tasted like cleaning products (which you'll undoubtedly smell upon entering the store). I notified them as a courtesy to let them know and the employee asked if I'd like a refund. I appreciated that and accepted only for her to call me back to tell me that I have to bring the product back in. So I'm going to dig out of the trash what we spit out and bring it back but it's hugely inconvenient. Unless you enjoy chocolates that taste like Pine Sol or comparable cleaning products, I would not recommend making a purchase here.

Was not aware that after you get to the registers after waiting in a long line you must walk with an employee to pick out your apple. My friend and I proceeded to walk over to the apples after waiting in line, and after deciding what we wanted we went to the side register to pick and pay. Well no according to the employee who said we needed to go back and wait in line AGAIN and wait for an employee to assist. There is no sign in here telling you that, and definitely won’t be back after that. Tell your employees to treat people respectfully and not be dismissive. Because once I explained she didn’t care and ignored me to help someone else. WORK ON THAT.

The apples are amazing. My favorite is the cheesecake apple!!! My husband's is the rocky road. You can't go wrong with any of them if anything!

It was a 100 degree F day and I needed a drink, so I grabbed a mocha glacier from the chocolate factory. It was really good and was just what I needed. I like that their menu lists the calories in the drinks very clearly. The staff was friendly, the drink tasted great, and the price was reasonable.

All things chocolate. Never a bad decision ? ?

Kids loved the chocolate bites and my iced coffee was delicious! Staff was nice even though customers were so indecisive and taking forever to choose items!

Great place to stop for a sweet treat after shopping. I got a plain caramel apple and it did not disappoint. Lots of seating inside and had some coffee options. All the staff were friendly, not exactly moving quickly with a line but we were in no rush. I plan on stopping here every time I go shopping. Overall 4/5

The customer service was amazing even though the employee was working alone when it was extremely busy. They were very bubbly and attentive which made the experience even better! I got a latte and some chocolate truffles that were absolutely delicious. I liked them so much I came back the next day to try a caramel apple and get another latte. I do not live in Colorado so I won’t be able to get there much, but it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend trying this place out.

I've been to many food places but out of so many of the places I've seen in Castle Rock this place is possibly the cleanest I've seen and the manager and her employees worked EXTREMELY hard for that. Please give them a raise! LOL

Really good selection of truffles and the employee working the counter was very nice and helpful, I'll definitely be back.

Delicious chocolate pieces that are hard to find anywhere else around here. I’ve been to Rocky Mountain chocolate factory at least a dozen times now. The prices are high, but the quality and taste is a great deal superior than anything that you could get at a grocery store. I will stay away from fudge next time, as today I bought some for the first time and it was completely wrapped/sealed in saran wrap that caused the fudge to be soaking wet, mushy, and smell like play-Doh. I’ve had a lot of fudge in my life and that was the worst I’ve ever had. In conclusion, I’m giving this review a three star based on the Pros; delicious chocolate, caramel, candy apples, and the Cons; expensive and worst fudge I’ve ever had.
