"Ambiance and quality you can taste"Came here for an afternoon snack; I had the Quesorito, and my wife had the Asada tacos. It was our second time coming back to the area, and we had no idea they were located on the bottom floor of the building. We've seen their truck around Castle Rock but never had the chance to stop there. We loved the food and the experience and will certainly be coming back to try more of their menu. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.Parking: Limited parking spots.

By far our favorite Mexican restaurant! I get the shrimp tacos every time because they're just so good! I've had a breakfast burrito from here too, and those are incredible too! Makes for a great Taco Tuesday or anytime spot!

I am a DoorDasher and received a delivery request for Romo tacos in Castle Rock on December 29 around 10:35 AM. When I got to the location all doors were locked. I phoned the merchant and a female answered. I stated I was there to pick up a DoorDash order but the doors were locked. She said yes, yes. She then hung up on me. I waited for a few minutes to see if someone would unlock the door. However, no one came. I phoned back twice and it went to voicemail after several rings. Unfortunately, the order with DoorDash was canceled, and the customer did not receive their food.
