I really enjoy this place when I need to eat something yummy but don't have a lot of time. The many different rolls I've had are all delicious! Will continue to go here and try other items on the menu. My 4 is only because it's a bit chilly in there at times and I hate being cold.

Went here for lunch, and the staff was super friendly. They were about to go on lunch break and said they would make our food before their lunch and that we could stay as long as we'd like. Not to mention, the food was absolutely amazing! The service was quick, the atmosphere was quiet, and everything was super clean. We have gone to this location a few times, but I have to say this was the best experience I've had there yet.

The sushi is amazing and the prices aren't bad either! Most of the choices are the same or less than king soopers "snow fox." I always order miso soup as well and it's one of my favorite places to get it!

This is the best Sushi in Castle Rock. They focus on making their sushi not only tasty but very healthy as well. The quality of fish, variety of rolls and attention to detail on sauces is excellent and the pricing is reasonable as well. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and you can clearly tell they take pride in the experience they provide their customers. 100% recommend!!
