This was some of the best BBQ I've had in a while. The pork BBQ nachos were great and so were the sandwiches. They were catering an event and well worth checking out if you are in the area!
As a native Texan and a self proclaimed BBQ snob...this is some of THE BEST BBQ I've ever had!!!!! Go visit them in Castle Rock next to the barn Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Went shopping for antiques and came home with just BBQ, it smelled SO good stopped and picked up dinner.Tastes amazing!!! Tried the pork, beef, and chicken. Had BBQ nachos and BBQ Mac with pork. Both meals were awesome, portions were generous (a ton of the smoked pork too!) and I would definitely eat there again. Definitely recommend them.
