No one answers the phone!!!!! I had an online delivery order that was never delivered and I can't reach ANYONE! The shop doesn't even have voicemail. Awful service.

Only one employee working the lunch rush. Poor lady did her best but, because of the line it took over 25 mins to order a sandwich. My lunch break was over before I had time to eat. This is the third time I've experienced slow service at this location. Can't waste my lunch break anymore. Will go to JJ's instead going forward....

Hands down the worst subway I have ever seen. One employee in particular is extremely rude and obviously doesn't want to be there. Yet he is never fired. Must be the boss' son. Most recently, as the only customer in the store, I was somehow given the wrong sandwich. When I went back to ask them to fix their mistake they acted like they have never seen me before. I honestly feel bad for the owner of this place having awful employees like this. I was GM of a subway in ohio if you need some real help.

The 3 employees were incredibly rude and nasty. I will never go back there again. If I acted like they did at MY job, I would be fired on the spot. Stay away from this location. Awful, just awful!

They made my sandwich wrong and I called over 11x to let them know I need a new correct one. The phone answers and tells u to press 2 to be connected and you hold for 2-3 mins then it disconnects.Horrible customer serviceIt was a mobile order that stated NO ONIONSI would like a sandwich I can eatThat's not to much to ask for, is it?

Filthy location ,girl who made the sub kept touching her mask with the gloves she used to make my sub . She then touched a bunch of used paper towels lying around probably used for cleaning and proceeded to make the sub .Lettuce is always brown and the place always looks so unclean.

lousiest Subway I’ve ever been to including other states, we asked for protein bowls, the girl said they had no bowls, so they were served in salad containers which held way smaller portions, she never mentioned a discount or compensation even though we received way less amount for the full price that we paid, they were two steak and cheese bowls that we ordered, then she said there was only beef for one, that there was only one last portion left, after we made some pressure and questioned, the girl went to the back and brought one of the regular container they use full of beef steak and replaced the empty one, she said that it was supposed to be for the following day?( it was around 4pm) then she forgot to put cheese on them, and she put it after heating the meat so the cheese was place cold on the top, at that point we were just crazy to eat our food and leave, but then she had no forks so we finally ended up eating our salad with a spoon and knife, but whatever, we were starving, we had to seat where it was still dry because one of the boys was mopping the floor, maybe they close early in the day because it was around 4 pm, he was clearly upset because we interrupted his cleaning to take a seat. Good thing we were only visiting Castle Rock, we travel a lot and always go to Subways in different states, and they are always nice, but not this one, never going back to this Subway ever.

Had a starving child with me and excited to get yummy, dependable Subway. Want a salad? ...expect to have NO lettuce...NO pickles...and NO cucumber. Then lucky you - you get to pay full price and not offered any discount/ compensation for the inconvenience. Nice staff but a total waste

So we decided we would take a trip to Colorado for our Christmas vacation. All the restaurants weren't avalible for dine in so we decided to do sub way to go. We sat in a empty line for 25 minutes waiting on one of the employees to make 4 subs. We watched him put 30 loaves of bread into the oven in the middle of him making our sandwiches. He took forever to do each small task. He the destroyed my sandwich with ranch then my step dad said to only put 2 lines of ranch on his sandwich because he saw what happened to mine. And the man legit drowned his sandwich with ranch. He also said there was no more spinach and there was spinach right on the counter behind him. Quality of food was horrible. How can you say eat fresh when when there was clearly mold on the cheese and quac. There needs to be management involvement in these facilities because this was by far our worst subway experience. Also open up the tables. Its silly to have no table access to a place that legit no one wants to eat inside of anyways. We were on the road for 18 hours and wanted to sit down and eat and no one else was in the store. The employee wouldn't let us. Worst subway ever

I went in 7/18 at around 11am. Poor girl, alexis I think, was running around trying to get a line of me and 8 other people done while some guy in the back just sat there and watched her. The only reason i’m even giving this place two stars is because even under the circumstances she still got to my order fairly quick, and she was very apologetic about the wait. Management needs to supervise more. This place is always so slow or out of something as. The only reason I go here is because it’s in walking distance of my work. I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience made me mad. Some people don’t deserve jobs. I didn’t get the name of the guy in the back but if you’re seeing this, I recommend finding a job that you can actually work.
