Online it says they're open till 10:00 p.m. came in to buy several sandwiches for me and the fam effort getting here got here parked kid was watching me from inside waiting for me to get out the car come all the way up to the door just to open it cracked it open said we're closed sorry at 7 p.m. what Subway closes at 7:00 I'll tell you the one in Castle pines avoided at all costs waste of time money energy and effort getting here. 7:00 p.m. what a joke!

They never have their online ordering online. I have gone to order sandwiches at all different times and 2 out of ten time the online ordering is up and working. Pretty crappy you can't get a sandwich at 6 o'clock at night on a Friday!

I ordered food and when I got to the restaurant, they refused to provide what I paid for even after showing them the app with the transaction ID and the credit card charge. It appears they are intentionally charging customers and not providing them what they paid for.

Google Maps states the store is open till 10pm, we arrived at 831pm only to find the location CLOSED ? we drove from ABQ, NM, and hoped this location would be open, but sadly they closed. Subway, kindly update your store location hours so travelers don't make the same mistake we do. Back onto the road to the next location, hopefully, they'll still be serving customers' hunger needs.

This Subway is by far the biggest dumpster fire. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt as bad days happen. Unfortunately for this location everyday is a bad day apparently. I have never had a good experience with this location but Subway locations are difficult to find in the Castle Rock area…I hate having to go into Walmart just to go to Subway.I stopped there at 4:00 today hoping for the best…there was literally a sign on the door saying they were closed due to weather. Seriously??? Wet pavement must be difficult to drive on for non-natives…as there was no snow on the ground. There was actually an employee inside…maybe he had to hurry home before the blizzard sets in. This is actually the second time I tried to stop and they were closed for some asinine reason.

My order at this location was ok as in other stores .Order: a foot long Italian bread with ham , salami, and American cheeseVegetables : lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno, mayo , and yellow mustard.
Stopped in on 10/30 around 4:30 and forgot to ask the gentlemen’s name that helped.Just want the owner to know he was awesome and did a great job on our sandwiches and customer service.

09/02/23 -I ordered online, when I got to the shop the door was locked. The red hair kid came to the door after I was knocking on it and said they don’t have the man power to make my order and I can cancel it online. There are about three customers in the shop. I said my order says it is ready and he said there’s nothing he could do about it. I asked for a manager, he said he was on vacation. I obviously didn’t get my food and never had my ordered canceled. I’ve tried to call the shop and the phone rings and rings. This is a complete scam. I’ve reached out to customer service hopefully I get a refund. The service was awful, not the first time at this location. It should honestly be permanently closed. One of the richest towns in America with the WORST service!

Placed an order online, went to the store and waited upfront for 10 min. After the customers inside (2) went outside, the boy started closing the doors. We told him that we placed an order 20 min ago and are here for pickup and waiting from 10 min here and that it is not in the rack/shelf yet for pick up so waiting upfront. He said he is an high-schooler and he is closing early (he was closing an hour early)as he needs to leave and was saying call the manager next morning for refund. Rude and non-caring. Slammed the door on the face. Called next morning to the number listed online and no one picks up.
